Just in time for lunch. Thanks
-
They are designations. It's harder to see with the English, but it just means those moves are affected. For example, the act parser lists #1 and #2 and "follow up". It's saying you can cancel 6C, certain D moves, #1, or #2 into act parser by pressing 66 or 44.

Haha. Hopefully soon. With my work schedule what it is, that's the best I can do.
-
LostSoul is so far my favorite Terumi to play. With that neutral buff in 1.1, he keeps me under pressure the whole match. It's always a blast..

Street Fighter CP 2.0. ..but on a serious not. I'm reserving judgement on Lambda until the loketest this weekend. I really like what I see in the new Nu..and I was one of the few that really enjoyed the stance switch mechanic in CP..so I look forward to it.
-
I figured allowing gravity to be cancelled out of crescent moves and supra is just to setup for oki. We usually end with knockdowns and either sickle storm or gravity now.
-
So far, I'd have to say I'm looking forward to the new Nu. Emphasis on mobility and act parser sounds like it could be pretty damn fun. I always enjoyed Nu's act parsers, so I hope we get some fun combos with it.
-
It will be removed. See the Nu Gameplay and Lambda Speculation threads for more information on what will be done in its stead.
-
This move is a great tool for Oki and combo extending in Luna. I think it's quite useful as is.
-
It also says that you can cancel Act Parser into Blade/Cavalier. That's a lot of ground covered.
-
I don't have the sound on here at work, but it's good to have confirmation. Also, I might have to start using "phrase lift". It makes me giggle.
-
I think it crumples on CH for the followup. It forced a knockdown in the last gameplay demonstration.
-
From the hype thread https://www.youtube....h?v=cX1OhRfg7rs It looks like Exia Nail will crumple on counter hit? It knocked down in the last gameplay shown, but it combos into 236C here. Shows an interesting spacing with the j.C ender here. I wonder if that will be her main air combo due to her rushdown style. Normal distance spike chaser shown in OD. I don't think they had shown her use it yet.
-
Her current air grab range is already the work of wizards..I don't see it being increased.
-
I can see that, but it was so gratifying to land. The fact that you couldn't combo into it made it more so. Running away from a Tager trying to grab you all round and then sliding into his fat ass and grabbing HIM for the astral was worth his weight in gold.

To the kid who made a new account just to send me a large hate-spewing pm over my decision to put Uniel on the backburner (not sure if it was supposed to be serious): Thanks. That shit was golden. You just made my day. and Badlime, I'll play you if I make it back at a decent time tonight from offline casuals.
-
Oh, I love a variety. I look forward to more great sets in the coming days. Again, well played man.
-
GGs Hero. I logged in to work on my neutral and quickly found that I had fallen to shit since playing Uniel. I guess I don't have the time/ability to play two games well, so I'll just have to drop that one. You're a great player and it was wonderful to have a good Hakumen to play since he punishes so much on the other's mistakes. It really helps me get back into it. After some lab time, we'll definitely do it again. I appreciate you sticking with the set for so long..I felt like trash so much..
-
This isn't really a "pet peeve", but logging in for some CP after the Uniel launch and seeing 130+ people on the JP servers and 0 on the US ones and wishing I had godlike internet to reach that far. I just want to work on my neutral game..
-
If we keep the air options, I think it's a plus. Otherwise, I wouldn't have wanted to lose our old 44 act parser.
-
I thought the same thing when I first watched it without audio. They're actually just talking about Nu's lack of modeshift and how Lambda has a base in Nu's old Luna form. She did seem pretty fast though.

I started on a pad since I'd used it for gaming since I was little. I decided to buy a stick a couple of years ago for the responsiveness and control. When it finally came in, I used it some, but when tournament time came, I took my pad. It slowly got used less and less as time went on. I then went to Japan and was there for the release of CS. When I walked into the arcade, I was absolute trash because 1. I couldn't use the stick and 2. I had never played Lambda. So I bought the game on launch there, bought a ps3, and started practicing in my apartment. I did pretty well, but the stick was trumping me in the end. I arrived back home and threw my pad to the wind (not literally..) It took a few months, but I really enjoy most of the perks already listed. Control, cross-platform funcionality, and I am fine in the arcades whenever I go overseas. It's a decent investment though, so weight the pros and cons heavily.

So far all that has been shown for Nu is a replaced act parser (which might help you, actually) and a plethora of D variations. All swords..which can be sledged.

You're already eating our swords...what do you want from us!?
