Depending on how late it is on Tuesday I will at least try to watch and show some support for BB being on this stream since it became pretty popular with the SSF4 crowd. If you haven't already, you should also mention it in the XBL General thread in Online Play when the time comes so some players will actually show up. I think I watched it the first time you streamed BB, but it'll be interesting to watch and see what the XBL people can do by comparison to our PSN players.

From a non-biased standpoint, I wouldn't think Nezu winning would be an upset, because Bang = Top Tier and Nezu is one of the best Bangs plus you got a Carl in the mix who isn't a bad character himself. From a biased standpoint, I wouldn't think Nezu winning would be an upset anyway considering what we've seen him do, lol.

What is this nonsense? But seriously, I don't think I'll ever say Dora is ass when the dude got Top 8 with CT Bang. And it's not like he's been garbage in the matches we've seen, especially considering his playing style. I do expect Nezu to win before Dora though, but I want them both to win equally. Or at least a Bang player. And seeing how many teams are Bang+Litchi and seeing just how many Bangs there are, I find it hard to believe that a Bang won't somehow win. Congrats on getting some hype behind the stream from the SSF4 crowd at least, even on IPlayWinner. If only this was on PS3 for BB:CS. Kinda wish we had something going like this to draw in more players (offline and online, "pros" or not) to somehow bring the community together and actually enjoy the game more. Nice job though.

I don't. I liked CT Bang and still CS Bang because you could/can in fact play him in different ways if you choose to. Making him be reliant on FRKZ to be truly successful wouldn't be nearly as fun since it would be the "proper" play style to win. I like it being an optional play style, much like Ragna's Blood Kain combos, Hakumen's Mugen, etc.

It wasn't intentional, I just did it because we were already a few hours passed the time I was trying to start. So it was just a simple way to get the tournament going as fast as possible. It's not like I knew who were friends or who were signing up together and where exactly they would be on the sign-up list. Especially after we did the sign-ups on the other sheet, and I was letting people know that they could sign-up at the desk whenever. It's not something I would do normally or that I've ever done, it was just simple enough to get the thing going asap without having to bother the other people for more stuff and take even more time because people were trying to get the thing started. I didn't think it was that big a deal, but apparently it was. It isn't going to happen again so I wouldn't stress over it. EDIT: And again, I don't know who all plays each other all the time since up until now there wasn't much BB talk going on in the thread for me to know these things. To me everyone was just different people who signed up and that's how I looked at it at least. Again, my bad, was just trying to get the thing going as fast as possible.

Just want to say GGs to Reioumu and Raiza, I wish I could play the game more so that I could be a little more competitive against you guys. Top 6 were 3 Bangs and 3 Litchis..... Thanks again for coming out and playing in the tournament.

Yea, BlazBlue went pretty good and we had a full 16 player tournament. The guys gave me a bracket sheet to use kinda as a format, but the problem was it was set for 20 and all the information about where Loser's went would have made it confusing running it with 16. So I kinda had to write over it, and it looked sloppy but everything went smooth otherwise. No real issues. -Congrats to LK for winning. -Thanks to the Xanadu guys from helping me out with stuff. -Thanks to dragontamer for bringing a 2nd PS3 setup which really helped us out. -Thanks to Alex for bringing the 360 setup which worked out for some casuals. -Thanks to Amedo and Issac for bringing extra controllers / letting people use their stuff. -Thanks to all the BlazBlue players who showed up and played. -Thanks to all the "not really" BlazBlue players who signed up and played anyway to help fill the tournament. -GGs to the people I played. So what's the place look like outside? I'm trying to make sure I know where the hell I'm going, and looking at the map stuff I'm not really seeing where Xanadu would be. What's another place nearby that i'll definitely notice to make sure I'm in the right direction? hopefully someone reads this before it's time for me to leave...

Also, in a semi-related note to the above question: Depending on just how long the potential BB tournament takes and how long I plan to be there afterward/the place closes, does anyone want me to bring some other random games to play for Casuals? I don't mind playing BB:CS casuals the whole time I'm there as long as there are people wanting to play, but I thought I'd put it out there. But I can bring any of those just for fun if people want to play any of them (not all of them obviously).

Triple post? When I think about the no wall bounce 623B thing, doesn't Unlimited Bang have a Fire Punch that doesn't cause wall bounce? Couldn't they somehow make it just do a longer "hitstun" and still allow us to combo after it? So instead of having to d.6C/d.2B we would just be able to do another 6C/2B anyway. Although honestly, i'd prefer the wall bounce because no wall bounce would just be weird looking. EDIT: Although I can think of the other combos that would still get messed up by the no wall bounce, which would suck. Hopefully they don't leave it that way.

Cool. I strongly suggest everyone to bring your own controller as well. My brother was borrowing one of my Sixaxis controllers, and I think there may be something slightly wrong with it now. They were playing Madden and apparently at times the guys would move by themselves, as if the analog or directional pad was being held down or something. This is a huge problem for having to use one of them in the tournament (I have to figure out which one it is first). So please someone or better yet a few people, please bring an extra Sixaxis / Dualshock3 controller or even 2 for others to use in the tournament, so we don't have to use mine and potentially cause problems. I would appreciate it.

I wasn't talking about raiza for either of the people I mentioned.
