Most of the community here only plays on PSN. I think it's only me and XDest who play on XBL. I barely touch the game at home (since I'm just an ass Tager) so hit up XDest if you want. And friendlies? What happened to "casuals"? lol We were originally planning on showing up at SB5 but that's prob not going to happen. NEC it is.

Might as well ask why does Tager suck? But in that video, the Tager player made a few bad decisions here and there (though overall, a pretty good Tager player IMO). Specific mistakes that I saw: - When scoring a 360B in the first round, the Tager player should have done 360B > walk forward 2B > 2C > Collider for damage and corner positioning instead of 360B > 5B > 4D. IMO, Tager should never send his opponent out of the corner. - I also think he messed up a reversal 360B after IB-ing the Ragna's 2B in the second round. - Made the general mistake of not baiting Ragna's DP on wake-up (especially when Ragna has meter) - Did not anti-air Ragna at all. The Ragna player was spamming j.C like it was the best move ever. There were a bunch of times where the spacing was just right for a 2A counter hit anti-air, or the Tager player could have even gone for a 2C/Collider but that's a bit more risky.

This was my first T tourney and I really liked how organized and fun it was, so shoutouts first of all to Russell and Dice for getting things together. Looks like the SF community was satisfied too :p. I completely regret not taking the day off work on Friday, because I played a lot better on Saturday after getting more sleep (it was a lot cooler on Saturday as well, which helped as well). In retrospect, I regret not talking to a lot of the new faces as well. I think I'm going to cringe when watching the team videos cause I think I made a lot of mistakes during my commentary (talking over people, some misinformation, too loud, etc.) Please forgive me if you think my commentary sucks! It's my first time. Tager vs Ara is 7-3 in Ara's favor you think? I actually think it's not that bad. Maybe 6-4. Bang and Litchi are definitely worse and those are closer to 7-3 match-ups imo.

TA is ambiguous. it's better to go by abbreviations that don't leave any ambiguity. e.g. tager = TG, taokaka = TK same with rachel and ragna. should be RC and RG. hazama and haku-men. HZ and HK.

try punishing 6c by making it whiff completely. the most common/obvious blockstring that some ragna's do is 2c > 6c. if you ib the 2c, you can jump forward and make the 6c whiff completely and it's a free combo. if the player likes doing 5c > 6c, same thing. edit: i also know for a fact that if you block inferno divider on the ground, and if he rapids after the 2nd hit and immediately does a j.c, you can't anti-air it with 2a/5a without ib-ing the 2nd hit first. if you barrier + instant block it in the air, at a certain height (make it so that only the 2nd hit will touch you), it's a free air grab though.

This guide really needs Gadget RC > walking 720. i.e. Gadget, buffer the first 360 then rapid cancel and hold forward and walk towards the falling opponent and then do 360C.
