  1. Gah.... Tager doesn't need math, he needs something useful. Anything useful.
  2. Honestly, what I would do in that situation would depend alot on the character and their habits.
  3. Hmm... I didn't know that. That would explain why they haven't done it that way. Then I fall back on my second thought, it should at least give alot more frame advantage.
  4. Mu is pretty good, but two of her worst matchups are among the high tiers so... yeah...
  5. I've been suggesting making 22D like Ragna's 22C for a while. It wouldn't even be that good really. Just have gadget leave them in an actual stagger and have the opponent closer to Tager than they are currently dropped. I could give my Tager wish list again for the newbies, but most of you have heard it by now. If they want to leave it the way it is now, it needs a shit ton more frame advantage and it would still ned to drop them closer.
  6. If we're talking about beating it with hitboxes it's worth noting that Mu's jB hitbox is actually quite good. Still, Tao's D is fast as shit.
  7. I'm not talking power level at all, I could care less whether she's crap or the best. She has always been one of the most boring character to watch and play against. Even when they're a good player and Noel makes the right reads and plays well, somehow it doesn't feel as right as with the other characters, I don't really know how to describe it.
  8. Yeah, but it's auto combo, in a game where everybody can already combo. All it does it make Noel boring and scrubby. It could also add flexibility to her neutral game, dodge through lambda's swords? I like that footsie.
  9. Maybe, obviously they'd have to buff some other things to give her real combos. Maybe give her a way to go into a air string and make j236C knock down ID heel drop style. Also, you could have jD just move Noel into position quickly then cross-up with a normal. My only thought is that this is kinda similar to asteroid vision. But dodging mid combo could be used to extend combo's and make the whole Gun-Kata think look alot cooler. But I'm just being silly here really.
  10. Actually, I've given some thought to this, and I think her CA is really neat and defining, what if her drive was more mobility and evasion oriented instead of lol-invul into auto combo. You could keep alot of the same footsies using partial invul moves, but lose the bad design and boring that goes along with her current drive. It would also make it easier to balance damage and reward learning things rather than D.
  11. I've been saying it for a long time, but Noel needs a different drive...
  12. Actually, Sakura pretty solid this time around. For me anyway, SF just clicked one day (last week), and now I can play it. It's all very chill though if you just want to play a game with no pressure I can inv you. Don't feel like you gotta live up to any expectations. Just keep trying to improve.
  13. Meh, everyone has bad days. When i get in a rut like that I take a little break. Play another game or something. The time away does wonder to clear your head. You could play some SF with Toan, Shervin, and I.
  14. Personally, I don't give much heed to things I can't do anything about. If it's regarding BB stuff, you know you got respect, and I am just trolling.
  15. Jack daniels? Why what's got you down?
  16. I don't even think Bang's a bad matchup, just an irritating one.
  17. I 6C other Mu's... and Rachel's too. Good stuff at Revalation Zeromus. Also, I said it before, but I believe Tao is Mu's only truly bad matchup. Hazama seems pretty manageable.
  18. Well, if I'm there you can borrow mine. I'm not picky about that sort of thing.
  19. I'll probably play everything. I'm okay with getting bodied, but I like most FG's. Plus BBCS is also on 360, so I won't need to buy/borrow a stick for PS3.
  20. Your better off just waiting and trying to IB the 623B. Bang has no options afterwards, and it's punishable on IB (regular block if his spacing was unbelievably bad). Even if you fail the IB, Bang's pressure is basically over, so you can do stuff.
  21. It's in chicago, that's 7 hours away. My life isn't so simple that I can necessarily up and leave whenever I want. But I will try, and the train is a good idea.
  22. Oh, neat-o. As always I will totally try, but I can't be sure about anything that far in the future.
  23. Personally, for a tutorial, text> voice. You can pause, and written things are less annoying.
  24. That too, but in a good first round, you should be actively trying to figure out how the other guy responds to things. As opposed to passive observation.
  25. First round is for information. This applies to both players, and every character. Sometimes, the first game is for information, which is why the ranked format sucks.
