I didn't do character specific enders like the j.C>623B links (except for that one post daifunka one), but it's basically the same as the corner combo on Hazama in the 2nd vid except I did it with a 5A starter and j.B>j.4C>j.B>j.4C>j.623B ender. Starting combos with 5B in CS makes them do 300-400 more damage than if you started with 5A usually, and starting them with j.4C is HOLY FUCK DAMAGE. j.4C into damage bnb does like 4.5k.

  4. Edited first post with a vid I threw together of what I feel are the "combos to know." Obviously, Bang can do whatever the fuck he wants to now, so it's just personal preference. @Skane, I'm probably not going to put a combo into Ashura section yet, just since it's 99% of time better to combo into daifunka or save meter for CA/RC/reversal ashura.
  5. Let's talk 2A bnbs, don't know why we haven't yet. For me: Standing: 2A>5B>2B>6C>j.D>2B>6C>j.C (old school, but it gives true oki with no hassle) Crouching: 2A>5B>2B>2C>2B>623B>5D>sj.C (true oki and one seal) If you guys have better ones, please post them. Edit: I like these more: Standing: 2A>5B>2B>6C>j.D>2B>623B>6C>j.C for true oki Crouching: 2A>5B>2B>2C>2B>623B>6C>j.C for true oki The sj.C is kind of finicky on some chas, whereas these two work on everyone.

  7. Personally I like RC>5C>6A>623B>d.6C>j.623B>5B>2B>j.B>j.C for 4.3ish and you get oki. Good call though, I forgot to put it up.
  8. On 5B, I like it more since it just flat outdamages the old crouch combo. But on 5A I like 5A>5B>2C>2B>623B>d.6C>623B>2B>6C>j.C for oki more since you can't get true oki off 5A on your combo. It's a neat find though, thanks Dacid.
  9. Ahh, that makes sense, thanks. Felt silly trying to do it midscreen. Must have thought it would work because of that similar command throw RC that works midscreen.
  10. I've been going through the combos in the combo thread to make sure everything works and... 5B>2B>6C>j.D>5C>6A>623B>5B>2B>j.B>j.4C>dj.C Who does this work on? I forget who posted it, but the 623B appears to whiff on most chas.
  11. You can 6B>2A>5B>623B>d.6C>623B>5B>2B>air combo ender for much better damage than the current 6B meterless combo.
  12. It works the same way the CT AA j.C stuff works; the j.C has to hit low enough to give you time to 5A them before they hit the ground. It probably works on anyone who's hit by j.A>j.B>j.C and in the corner. Gonna have to test this out later...

The like 30 people on this forum who post a ton and have arcade CS accessible basically think they're the only ones who matter. Fuck that, but I'm not gonna waste time arguing with a brick wall.

  14. Yeah...gonna have to main MBAA or SSF4 (if it gets Ibuki), both if possible. Fuck TvC, I'm just gonna play it casually. At least we'll have the GGAC and CS side tourneys. I'm telling ya, my CS Bang is monstrous and you'll have 2CCCCCCC.

  15. Alright, that makes more sense to me than the "only the competitive people in locations with CS should decide what's at Evo" angle. The business side of the tourney certainly favors not going for CT. Thanks for clearing that up. Yeah, to be honest this was my big concern as well. I was just scared that if we let CT leave the main spot this easily then we might not get it back again for CS, but waiting and having an awesome CS side tourney this year is probably the best thing to do. Also with as many new entries as Evo has this year, CS will be firmly established by next Evo.
  16. CT is only dead in places with CS...I really don't see how a CT main and CS side tourney would have been so unbearable. I didn't say BB replaced MB lol, just that I'm excited for MB. SSF4 should be crazy hype as well, provided there aren't serious balance issues.
  17. The only thing you did was remove the possibility of Evo for all the players who would come for BB:CT. I like CS alot more than CT as well, but many regions don't have access to CS and were probably hype as hell that they might be able to compete in an Evo main event respectably with competitive experience under their belts, unlike those of us that have had alot of practice with CS already and will play in the side tourney anyway. Thanks to your guys' collective response, Evo has now closed their doors to that possibility. I'm excited for MB too and I hope it turns out awesome at Evo (gonna have to make my Kouma beastly ), but tbqh I'm pretty dissapointed in you guys as a community over this.

  19. Well at least for the overhead, you can still do dash combos off that but with 5C>2C>623B starter instead for the hitconfirm. Also lol. My CT Bang is so fucked up now because of playing so much CS, been doing 2C>2A shenanigans and weird stuff like that. The other day though, I landed that awesome j.C AA combo on a Tager though: j.C AA>5B>2B>j.A>j.B>j.B>j.C...My hitconfirming has randomly leveled up like crazy lately
  20. You can X>5B>2B>623B>d.5B>2B>6C>j.C on Jin, which does good damage for non cat1/2. The only dash combo that works on Rachel is X>5B>2B>623B>d.2A>5B>j.A>j.C What I meant in terms of finding new combos was figuring out dash combos more damaging than the BNB options for Carl and Rachel. If it means you can kill them in one less combo, all the better.
  21. Tager's good and all, but if you guys are still working on CT combos then work on the people that Bang can't hit hard. e.g. Carl and Rachel.

  23. FC 3C>2B>623B>2B>j.623B>5B>2B>j.B>j.4C>j.B>j.4C>623B 3851 damage is pretty sexy. I was trying to find a good FC 623B combo, but it's honestly a pretty crappy FC. I'd rather have the 3C anyday.
  24. The consistent way in which Bang is hit out of Daifunka seems to be when it is a third party, i.e. not the opponent personally. Nirvana, the frog, and Litchi's staff seem to ignore Daifunka's normal invincibility for some reason. I have no idea why, but that seems to be what happens. Nirvana doing her super while you autocombo Carl is what comes to mind. Beginning of my combo vid had some shenanigans with that .
  25. Then why can Bang be hit out of Daifunka by Nirvana once autocombo has been activated and shenanigans like that?
