  1. Anyone who thinks CS1 arakune is still mid tier is straight up lying to themselves.
  2. It just means it'll be the final loketest, it will probably be close to the final changes, but there is no guarantee there won't be more alterations between the loketest and final release.
  3. And you'll still be terrible, still make garbage posts, still never do anything at a tourney, and still be free 'lols' for the rest of us. So can anyone expound on this supposed new Hazama BnB? Did they change 6C to make it combo?
  4. yur all idiots. and scott will delete this because he hates everything, including life. That is all.
  5. Pretty much anytime you get 214D~B you can dash forward into 6D~A, 6D~A, (up to 4 if right height) into 623D. Relaunch with super if you have it and spacing is right.
  6. Please post more here you dumb fucking scrub. Your sheer ignorance is mad entertainment.

  7. Guess that's what i get for playing a good character for once. Nerf city. Give me a fucking break, why would you completely remove someone's base BnB launcher? There's no fucking mindset behind this, it's just balance team playing like an online scrub. MASH HORDER!!!!!!!!
  8. Regardless of whether that change sticks, this just proves that mori and crew have no fucking idea what they are doing. The change to chains, while i dislike, makes sense as a balancing tool. It'll force hazama to play a bit smarter with the chains, i'm all for a change like that. Then for no goddamn reason you take away a characters main BnB on the ground. What is the point of that? Ise 214D~C into launch really that fucking strong? Are we serious with this shit? Hazama's BnB combo mechanics are fine. Leave that shit alone, this is just changing shit for the sake of changing shit.
  9. Blade, seriously dude do yourself a favor and stop posting. The fact you don't know who pachi is means you should never ever ever have even opened your mouth.
  10. I'm pretty sure I could drink 3 bottles of whiskey....today...in succession. And that would still kill fewer braincells than reading the first few blade posts of this thread. WOW!
  11. Gee guys try not too force feed to much of that dude's dick down your throat.........
  12. Well luckily my drinking got a story about Anji on the front page of dustloop. Once again whiskey solves everything! Whiskey + Mash HS Fuujin = God Tier.
  13. Every thread needs drunk irc chat. So its time to contribute. <klaige> no love for the old fucker of the room <klaige> in that case it's time for old man stories in the irc chat. <klaige> once apon a time..many years ago (in 2003) there was as college student named travis. <klaige> Travis had unexpectedly stumbled across this new 2d fighter... guilty gear XX <klaige> Travis decided he was intrigued...and wanted to know how really good players played this new fighter. <klaige> he watched videos..and studied the ways of guilty gear. <klaige> then by accident on a summer vacation with his fiance' he learned of this mystical land... the family fun center of omaha nebraska <klaige> the family fun center had a guilty gear cabinet. it even had players who played the game competitively <klaige> travis decided to venture out to the family fun center for a guilty gear tournament <klaige> when he got there.. the goddamn cabinet broke...it seemed all was lost. <klaige> but late in the night a magical tech man repaired the cabinet...and the tourney was on. <klaige> Travis shenangianed his was through the field...doing non-sensical combos and having no other intuation than to mash out the most damaging things he knew over and over again. <klaige> Eventually he took 2nd..in the first tournament he ever played..... extremely proud...he decided he had a career in fighting games <klaige> foolishly Travis would go on to invest retarded amounts of time in effor in ever guilty gear game henceforth. <klaige> in the 2006-2007 times he imagined a fairy land...where other iowas would flock to play guilty gear with him <klaige> sadly this was not to be..and he continued to go to other states any time he wanted to play that fucking game <klaige> eventually he got national recognition as one of those dumbasses who chose Anji-Mito as his main. <klaige> And thus he travled the midwest...drinking whiskey and challenging many fuckmuppets to games of guilty gear. <klaige> Now he resides in a fucked up house in west des moines..acitng as the crotchety old motherfucker of iowa fighting games <klaige> He pines for a time when he house wasn't fucked by sewage floods...and when people gave a shit about gulty gear. <klaige> One day perhaps his skills will be relevant...but for now he bitches and moans....and dreams of days where guilty gear is king...and his wasted time means something. <klaige> Until then..he drinks more whiskey and farts alot in his computer chari.. <klaige> calling these new fighting game players whippersnappers and ingrateful fucksocks. <klaige> he will die a lonely death.... eating cookie dough and drinking whiskey til his heart explodes. <klaige> and all will say...... <klaige> 'hey...who was that fatass that played the faggy fan dude in gear 50 years ago?" <klaige> - <klaige> "what? stfu and playe more SF7" <klaige> "kay" <klaige> Fin
  14. If they burst once the throwing animation starts, you will have to RC Jakou to punish. The recovery takes too long to do much of anything about it. You can try to bait this by doing an extra 6D instead of jakou, but it's very risky and usually its just better to make them waste the burst if they want to.
  15. Would people stop referencing potemkin as what a "top tier" grappler is. Potemkin is not top tier, in fact when you get down to it he's a lot closer to dead mid than he is top even in AC. Now so this isn't a total waste of time post that does nothing but chastise scrubs, does anyone know when the next loc test is?
  16. There needs to be a seperate thread made for this Demul thing so that the community knows about it and tries to get a player base up and running.
  17. oh jesus christ get that shit out of here. I want to see the actual video and working of how hazama looks with the changes before i make judgement. May just mean 5B, 2C, 3C is the standard gatling now.
  18. Not that i have any intention of joining this retard parade. But if i see one more person reference hazama's 214D~B as a reversal, i'm going to punch you. That move has so much startup that an ape with down syndrome could meaty it to prevent it from being used as such. Seriously.. quit being that fucking stupid. Also war that faggot Zidane playing my character in yet another game. Yes im talking to you east coast, suck my ass.
  19. Hazama just seems too high to me there. I could see putting him on an even level with Ragna now that people understand Ragna's pressure gaps a little bit better (though i personally still think ragna is a tad better just from bnb damage and his mixup game). But no way would i put Hazama one step below bang and litchi, and definitely not above hakumen or arakune. I think you could make an arguement for carl going above him too. Then again this is a different type of tier list so given those factors i'm not totally shocked with the outcome.
  20. The j.c x5 part of a bnb combo is just something you get a feel for. Hell i just mash it every time, you eventually get a feel for when to stop, hit the jump cancel, and do the next round of mashing. Same with getting a feel for when to do the input for j.214B. Pay attention the sounds and such, they can be a great cue to get your muscle memory down. Hazama's combos feel really awkward at first, but as soon as you figure out all the quirks, they are really very easy. I know because my execution is hot garbage, and i hit even his difficult stuff with regularity.
  21. If you see a lambda doing strings into act pulsar, jayoku that garbage. It's really easy to time and it gets you that fat juicy fatal counter on a character with a tiny ass lifebar.
  22. 214D-B is super good for baiting IAD's but one thing i've really noticed is that command throw is your goddamn friend in this fight. Granted this is online, and we all know online is full of scrubs, but nothing tones down counter happy hakus and allows you to occsionally reel in on a blocked chain like abusing the command throw. I've beat quite a few hakus with little more than landing command throws, comboing, baiting the counter with another command throw and repeating. Once you can condition one to fear that on wakeup, it really becomes a party because now you get your standard mixup that haku would normally try to eliminate with counter-spam. This fight is still one of hazama's worst i think, but i've had way more success once i started using the command throw and learning the proper distance to get FC on 214D-B
  23. I think there should be english yard matches. First to 5 loser chugs an english yard. this continues until someone wins 3 sets, or passes the fuck out. If you pass out, you are subject to have cocks drawn on your face in various colors of sharpee.
  24. That's pretty much what IB is all about, you have to be able to predict at least a little bit what your opponent is doing. If you are uncomfortable with that, just IB moves that are really easy to do so on reaction, like 2 hit moves that are slow or obvious. Once you start getting a feel for different timings in block strings, you'll be able to IB more and more of them.
  25. You want 623D to be extending close to it's max range. I'd say a fair guess would be a little over two hazama's height off the ground.
