  1. Sounds good to me, although I only play BB. I wouldnt be playing any of the other fighters. I'll hit you up later this week about when we can meet up and play though.

  4. You can do 5BB > 2BB > 5CC DP Whiff, its just lesser damage.
  5. ^What Pk said, but I'd like to point out that you should be doing 5BB > 5CC > 623C > j.214A(w) > dash 2CC > 236B > 214B > 22B instead of the air combo. This is Tsubaki's advanced BnB and it gives her some good advantages as opposed to what the air combo gives in terms of damage. Practice hitting the 623C after 5BB > 5CC. Then start practicing the 623C > j.214A(w) after getting used to hitting the dp after 5BB > 5CC.

You'd do it when you have time like you just said. Just thought I'd put them together and throw it out there since I was pretty sure it would get updated eventually anyway.   10. I actually use this as my no charge corner combo from a 6A: 6A > 5CC > 6B > 623C > j.214A(w) > 2CC > 22C > Dash 5C 2C > 236B > 214B > 22B (2721) Same for 5BB/5B > 5CC > 623C >j.214A(w) > 2CC > 22C > Dash 5C 2C > 236C > 214B > 22B which does 3088 to 3145 with no charge.
  11. I actually fixed my inputs from 866/844 to the "real" IAD inputs lastnight when I got on, since apparently I'm not doing IADs. Going 866 to 956 was an easy fix, but I also never dropped my IAD combos doing 866 either. And dang Airk, youse a grandpappy lol =P

IADs play a pretty crucial role in Tsubaki's gameplay, as they provide a number of things in her favor. 1) They have very good corner carry which is always a good thing for Tsubaki to do. 2) They can dish out decent to good damage depending on how the IAD combo is initiated (i.e. from CH 22X/214X, naked 22C in the corner, various combo starters, j.214D > 236D, CH 236D, etc etc). 3) They give good positioning as well (putting opponents in the corner or closer to the corner). 4) Just scoring the knockdown itself from IAD combos is also a good thing because it'll provide Tsubaki with some time to get some Charge Install for your next move. I would recommend you just try learning them in general, regardless of playing online or not. It's only difficult landing them online in latency. As for inputs, I always buffer in 866 or 844 during the second hit of 2CC to get a perfect IAD. I'm sure someone else can fill you in on some alternative inputs. Hope I helped~
  14. The 3.8k - 4k corner combo I listed and the 3.4k+ - 4k+ midscreen combos Kiba listed should get added to the combo thread. They're pretty viable stuff.

  17. Sorry, just that we have so many vids of japanese Tsubaki players with either decent, solid, or superb gameplay. So I was expecting the latter. Seeing more beginner gameplay from these vids is something I wasnt expecting to see, just sayin'.

  20. Ah, yes, this is also true. I've had alot of success with 214B CH at the start of a round or when people approach from air to ground (when timed well) when I have no charge at my disposal.

  23. If you need a combo to start learning the IAD with, you can do 5BB 2C > 214D > 2CC > IAD j.CC(delay) > 5B 2CC > 236B 214B 22B. 5BB 2C > 214D is a very simple starter for IAD and it's the combo I used to master the IAD stuff, plus it leads into 3k damage. Works both midscreen and corner too.
