  1. Well if you do go there they have a really strong BB scene from what I've heard.

  2. Have you NOT seen Frosty Faustings posts by now or what? It's a GG major going down this saturday in Northbrook Illinois. Why aren't you on the list?

  3. I'm more concerned about the pressure that was put up there. I'm fine with rising j.B being an overhead but a lot of the basic grounded pressure strings are just dumb. I'm sure if Ara went for 6A or 5D more that it would've been punished because they are easy to interrupt with sledge or 360 in 6A's case. Watching zoning ara is simple. Tager has ways to beat zoning. He however, lacks a true reversal which makes pressure hard to deal with. Especially with IB nerf.
  4. Arakune never went low. But regardless, WHAT DO WE DO VS THAT PRESSURE?!?!??!?!?!?
  5. There's noticable display lag in everything on that setup. Any game would lag on that thing. And the back rooms are worse.
  6. You'll have to bring your own tv. I tried running a CS thing when GGA opened up. Only to find more lag than I could shake a stick at. Ragna combos being hard to do means something is definitely wrong with the television.
  7. Sadly Axis, that's what passes as a good Noel.
  8. Koopa I watched your video. I was very happy to see a decent Noel player. I liked your tech trap 720 too. Though I'd have just ended the combo normally. Tips: Block overheads. Didn't block one at all during the fight. End combos in Gadget vs Noel more. She has to waste meter to get a reversal out, so you can just play the mixup game on her. She really has no answer that works well out of Gadget. Teach me how to get crossup 5D to hit Noel and punish her Counter Assault Needs less mashing out of strings with 5A/2A and more blocking in general. She's -10 or worse on her enders in drive strings so it's a free punish for you. But if you mash out you'll get countered in crouching state (Saw this a lot) But luckily the Noel passed up lots of damage. =/ Play against better Noel players. He wasn't the best at hit confirming combos/knowing when they can tech. Overall you were outplayed but thanks to a few wrong guesses and a lucky/yomi CA bait you won.
  9. Lining does not look to be able to withstand Soviet Russian winter. Dislike 'Head Games' Should be replaced with 'Gigantic' considering where the Tager is positioned.
  10. DJ: Play better players. Those players were overall pretty bad and fell for some basic tager tech traps. You also jump an awful lot vs Lambda. Yeah, you get closer but so much predictability they can just dash under you and fullscreen again instead of corner. Work on execution and baiting bursts. Also, find some better players! There's tons of halfway decent to really good players online.
  11. IM's is a remix of his MSH version. Which was pretty hot. (Doom theme is best) You'll notice the music because it will change on every character death. Also, I am pleased that tu4ar is remixed and in the game. :D
  12. If I had to say how they were doing VC to 720 I'd say it's more like 63214D(Charge)78(One spin)96321478C(5k) But either way, it doesn't matter. What does matter, is how long do we have to cancel VC...if it was confirmed I would be rather happy.
  13. 2D needs to hit real late.
  14. So what do you do if there ISN'T a sledge happy Tager?
  15. That was in CS1 Not too excited so far. I'm going to wait and see if anything over the top comes out of the woodworks. Here's to hoping Tager will break free from a gimmick character.
  16. I wonder if this is going to make a pseudo XvSF Juggernaut playstyle out of him. With VC having faster recovery/goes into 720, shouldn't we just cancel all our pokes into VC and if they attempt to poke low mash directions + C button?
  17. It would've been techable. Way way too quick after 5B.
  18. This thread is pretty much useless in CS2. As for Valk I can only give you a small list because he doesn't have a whole lot of normals/wolf cancel owns IB 360. 360A 5A 5A 5A 2A 5A 5C 5A 2C 5A 6B 2A 5B 2A 5C 2A 2C 2A 6B 2A 3C 5B 5C 5B 2C 5B 6B 5B 3C 2B Anything General rules of thumb: 236A will beat pretty much all IB 360A attempts. So IB 360A is useless unless you like getting CH all day. So IB 360A them if they use the simple string, but if they start throwing in random shoulder because it's safe, then be wary. Wolf Cancelable normals are hell. 6C is hell. 6C is VERY Dangerous as it's airborne and safe on block/wolf cancelable into mixup.
  19. Old Gadget mixups are old. I'm interested in when the super armor on 6A ends rather than what beats it/what doesn't it beat. Because vs that same Bang you can see 6A baited and punished with a properly timed 2D.
  20. So 5C 6A 2C combos on standing then. Hooray, extra 400 damage on combos! Get hype! Our BnB might break 4k.
  21. Learn to walking 720 then.
  22. Frosty's. You must go.

  23. Friday or Saturday would be very good to get together for me. A friend of mine is having a birthday party tomorrow at Gameworks, (Hopefully AE drops then) Hope to get some casuals in soon, I need to start practicing again.

  24. I had food poisoning. Lost because I couldn't spin stick while feeling like I was going to throw up. Justin sucks at the game but I couldn't beat him because Ragna was too busy doing 22C to my intestines. Fuck Arby's

  25. Food poisoning. Sick. Don't care, hanging out with KBeast. BRB.
