I think we can probably make up for that by canceling out of 6C earlier since where we cancel out of that pretty much dictates where cavalier would it.(that's just one move out of many that combos into it though, i know yea =( I fear for 5DD > 236C on an airborne opponent) But i'm not here to play theory fighter, i'm just saying people are overreacting to something they haven't been able to experiment with first hand. No she can't.
  5. What's with people saying that the Act Parsers are that slow? From the loctest vid it didn't seem THAT bad. It's the option that counts. =D The fact that we have it is itself a mind game. Mostly for lulz though. Although half the time it comes out is when the opponent crosses me up and i meant to do a gravity A.

  7. I find 2C is quite fair right now tbh, the only thing i wish for it is to have less proration in combos. Otherwise the only thing good about it is that it's the only jump cancelable C move.

  13. I hope you guys don't mind me just doing a better compilation of the loctest changes here, the one in the gameplay forum is incomplete and disorganized. Normals: Overall Cs + Less proration(?) 4B: + faster start up + shorter recovery - lambda gets pushed back while opponent gets launched further horizontally Drives: Overall - shorter untech time(?) 4D + Moves her backwards + More frames for D follow up activation(?) 5D - D follow up slower Specials Act Parser Zwei + goes through opponent if done close enough Act Parser Zwei: Blade - slower start up Act Parser Zwei: Cavalier - slower start up Sickle Storm: + faster start up(?) + shorter Recovery + hits 6 times (instead of 4) Gravity Seed + Start up is faster + forces crouch state on opponent, no longer floats + gauge recovers faster + standalone CH is now a FC - no more IFs on start up Spike Chaser - start up slower - launches opponent up higher Crescent Saber + bounces opponent higher (easier to do the crescent loop) + longer untech time - higher proration Others: Throw - launches higher (Can't link 6A anymore, even in corner, midscreen 2D possible though)
  14. Man what the hell is the advantage on his 236A, even with IB I can't seem to get out of block strings that end with that. Without resorting to CA or GS, I have to wait for them to get bored of using the same blockstring till they do a 236B/C. It's like a safe Hell's Fang.
  15. That depends on how much recovery there is on Lambda and the opponent since we'll need 4 frames to jump then another 17 to do the Crescent after the throw. Even then guessing from the video of the throw, they still get thrown pretty far horizontally so linking a 5D midscreen after a TK CS is probably out of the question. The thing i'm concerned about is if it's still possible to throw > Crescent Loop in the corner if the opponent is able to tech before he hits the ground.
  16. Any vids of Loctest2 Tager? I have a feeling this magnetism change wont make it to the final product, but I would love to see how much it pulls in. ... I'll give you you the benefit of doubt that English is your 5th language, hopefully.

You guys missed some changes for Lambda: +Gravity Seed's gauge recovers faster +Gravity Seed(standalone hit) is now an FC +Gravity Seed(standalone hit) forces a crouch (don't know how that really benefits her except maybe 4B being able to combo both hits on crouching opponents only? with the help of an RC? then the GS would alter the trajectory of the 4B(2)? woo theory fighter! too bad proration sucks balls) -Spike Chaser knocks the opponent higher up now -236B/C start up is slower -TK CS loop now yields less heat (Not sure which part) -Throw launches opponent higher(the reason why 6A can't combo but 2D can) Others: -the 4D change was listed as a buff from the blog -Nowhere on the blog lists that Calamity Sword does less damage (as of this loctest atleast)

  19. Don't forget 6D can hit this fatso from almost anywhere still so you can use that to jump cancel into quite a few things (2147D, IAD, etc.)

  21. Ah ok. Do you guys also know what the conditions are for the dj.DD > 214D~C >dj.DD > 214D to connect all the way? I can execute it pretty consistently but i'm sure if the combo's too long there's enough time between the 214D~C to tech out.
  22. Yea you noticed this too? Like mid screen i do 6A>TK CS like it's nothing but for some reason when i get to the corner to do the loop; i always mess up the TK input and just get a regular old 214D. corner 236B > dash > 5A > 6A is a bitch too
  23. This. Although there have been a few other black lambdas, but Minori has been more consistent (outperforming Reria in tournaments even). I really wish Inoue still played Lambda though. =(
  24. No you can, in fact the earlier the more likely it will combo. It'll just be a tad harder milking out as much damage out of her Cs though. Alot of her higher damage combos require stricter timing.
  25. Is it just me or is the timing for her forward IAD really weird?
