Re, 6: the way time travel works in BlazBlue is that it creates alternate timelines or realities. If you go back in time and change the past, it doesn't "update" the future, it just makes it so there's two timelines: the original one, and the one that exists once you made the change. So Hakumen is basically Jin from a parallel dimension, so his existence doesn't rely on the current Jin's moves.

^It was always an air unblockable. I used it for resets in the corner against air techs, it was good stuff.

I don't think he became the BB... he just seemed to become a humanoid Black Beast that was basically a cripple or something. I never quite understood that ending. He couldn't have become the REAL Black Beast without fusing with Nu.

Do you guys use a CS cab at Xanadu, or is it a 360 setup? Just wondering what I should bring in case I can come. Thanks for reminding me, I totally forgot. :v

It was more the fact that she could find Amaterasu that made her special, I think.

Is Mu really stronger than the Black Beast? I'm not sure that she is... the Black Beast took all Six Heroes and the might of all of humanity to take down, whereas it seemed like Hakumen in his weakened form and Jin were able to match Mu.

I dont think he was stronger than the Six Heroes. Just somehow held off the Black Beast. Maybe Nu recognized him.

It's still too early to trust your instincts, probably. You have to block more, you play Tager. You're going to spend most of the match on defense waiting for them to screw up. Then learn to play patiently and deliberately. Once you do that you can start looking at what to do next.

So... it seems Nine's sister had some relevance in the story beyond just taking care of them at the orphanage.

A Black Beat just means there was a gap in the combo. If your opponent misses that gap you can pick it up again and keep comboing, although you'll reach the moment they can tech faster since you already had so many prior hits and it'll do less damage because of scaling.

I was messing around with Tsubaki since I want to learn her at some point, though that thread is hard to understand. :P If you want to use her you really have to take advantage of the 2-3 charge combos, since like you said, she does very little off no charges. She's actually perfectly fine if she has some charges, the hard part is getting them since if you fight Ragna or someone they're just gonna be in your face the entire time.

I just do double 3C usually or 6C.

4C doesn't have many followups, because it's just meant as a poke. However, you can 4C them on CH, 6C them, or if you're rather close you can 3C them twice. It's also possible to go to into a 623AA combo but it's probably scaled a lot. Look in the combo guide.
