Well, I just added a basics section to the combo thread in the Haku subforums, so maybe it'll make more sense now to people who aren't already familiar with him. -
The more I look at trying to organize it again, the more it looks too complicated. I'm just going to stick with what we have now, and tweak it here or there. It works and it's pretty straightforward. I added some basic / beginner stuff so people who were just looking on how to use Haku wouldn't be lost. Anyone else can delve deeper into the specifics, knowing what to do already. If that's too hard for someone and they can't handle a few minutes of reading a thread then they weren't serious about learning Haku anyway. :P Tomorrow CS comes out. Let the combo discoveries begin!

Look at the Haku combo thread. Is it hard to decipher or make out? I'm trying to make the right design for it. My brain is going to blow. :P I have a newer version based on the recommendations of other Haku players on the latest reply but I have a feeling the original may be better.

What is going on here. Highs are overheads. You have to block standing. Lows have to be blocked low. Mids are just attacks that can be blocked any way you want.

looooool, I did her crouching fierce like five times. :P I was surprised it kept hitting but it was so I kept doing it. I just played her like it was Hakumen. :P 6C~ Actually I picked Hakumen originally because it reminded me of Chun Li. Her air kicks are totally different in SF4 than other SF games though so it's not the same. ;_; I'm surprised I won any matches. O_o I just acted like Hakan and Abel were Tager.

When would you use 5A instead of something like j.C? I mean, 5A is fast, but it has a relatively small hitbox and I can see a ton of things cleanly hitting you out of it. The only way it would hit them somehow is if they were right in front of you but without their attack hitting you first, and how often would that be?

OK I found that paper thing. IT'S TIME. It was $149 a night, plus tax it was $166.88 a night. $166.88 x 4 nights = $677.52 Divided by three people -> $222.50 each. I think that check idea of yours will work. I'll just let you know when I get it and you keep an eye on your account in case you can jump all over it if somehow magically $0945490 gets withdrawn from it, but I doubt that'll happen unless the mailman has other ideas. Oh man I just realized why this Nu was wearing high heels: At first I thought it was kind of random and not something you'd wear walking around all day... But look at how her feet are positioned. It's the same way Nu's are when she's floating. That or it was a coincidence. :P

It's easy to want it, but you need people willing to do it. On top of that, each character's subforum has their own way of organizing that they probably think is best. I have no idea how anyone finds anything in the Jin subforums so I just go by what I see Jin players do. I actually find Ragna's a bit confusing myself. -
Hmm, alright. I'll try and reorganize what I have so far and show you guys what I end up with. I'm not sure it would be wise to separate starters between high/lo though, when they might be linked to the same combo. For instance, if I made a "falling C combo" section that would be basically all 623AA combos, I'd want to put them all together there even if the starter might be a falling j.2C, or a 2B. Or maybe I misunderstood. OK so, so far we'll have an anti-air group of combos, and 623AA > falling j.2C combos, 6C combos, Hotaru combos, and Tsubaki combos... Those groups of combos I can't see being lumped any more together, they're all different. Probably meterless combos too, but I'd have to either just make a "0 stars (meterless)" section or just put in meterless options for whatever the subject of the combo group is, ie. meterless anti-air combo would just go under the anti air group. Anyway, I'll reformat this to the setup you guys are talking about.

lool he was telling me about it last night. He was devising some taunt based strategy or something :P Hell yeah we can play in CS. Maybe with my brother too... he plays Tager but he has a lot to learn there.

Nope, I appreciate the help! The more help everyone gives, the better we can make the section. I mean, I can't do the combos so :P Yeah, I thought of 5C again after 5C as AA but I don't know for sure so I didn't put it there. I was thinking of organizing them by "anti-airs" and other such but then that would do away with the way it is now, where it's by the move. Maybe I'll just add a note in bold for when a combo has a certain use. Also there's a ton more Mugen combos, I just didn't add them since you could see them all in that video that's linked. I'll add more later though. I'm intending to sort it out via damage for same star use, it's just not done yet. The falling tag is more for specifying WHEN to use it. For example, a j.C (the CS one) in the air, could be at max height, or it could be on the way down, etc. I didn't even know you could do 6A CH > falling j.C (the old one) in CT #_# I always did 6A > 5C > 623AA > etc. Also I'm not sure what combos would be possible (how much time you have left to land another move etc) after Gurren CH, 5C. Anyone know? We'll have to try it out.
