Hmmm, you were giving up a lot of combo opportunities... when you land a hit, you should go into a combo. So you should learn a few combos that you can do off various moves in case you land one. In that video it looked more like you were just doing random moves after some landed, which didn't combo, like at :24, you land 6B, which is good, but then give that opening away by doing 6C... which also happens to land luckily, and THEN you give THAT opening away to do Gauntlet Hades... If your opponent was better at blocking, he would have countered it, or simply blocked it and then punished you when you were recovering. There are also way better options to use than what you were using off of your hits. For instance, off 6C, I'm pretty sure you can dash cancel into a 6A > air combo, doing a bunch of good damage, instead of just Gauntlet Hades. When you fight better opponents who take off huge chunks of your life, you won't get many openings, so when you finally do get one, you have to squeeze out as much damage as you can, or you'll lose because you won't be able to match them. You also seem to like doing Inferno Divider. Did you know you can catch them on their way down after ID and keep the combo going, instead of letting them land? -

You're welcome~ I'll upload two more, but that's all I got. For a lot of the ones where I got steamrolled, I was also experimenting with some stuff, so I thought you'd get better feedback when I was trying to win instead of see if I could cut through or counter your 214D and stuff. (And I could! Although half the time I messed it up. :P)

I would have uploaded more, but it was taking forever as it was... I had like 15 matches, and I had to watch them first, then go back and record the ones I thought were worth uploading... but then I lost track of which ones I'd seen since they're all labeled the same. So then I noticed the last four were pretty close and just uploaded those. But yeah, you shouldn't worry about what people think of you. In general. But in BlazBlue anyone who knows you should already have a good idea of your skill level so random videos aren't going to change their minds. And even if it did, what matters is how you play, and improving yourself, not whether people think you're good. Goodness is relative, after all, and it's just XBOX Live. If you want to be proud, simply be proud of your discipline and effort, not popular opinion. Actually, I do have one or two more videos I recorded, I think...

I was experimenting with the new DLC colors and I really liked that one. I'm still sticking with pure gold all the way though. These videos are a few weeks old, so it was before we discussed the 6C options, although I would have stuck with Shippu anyway... at least until I get the hang of something different. I was under the assumption that we'd be in a war of attrition against Tager anyway; are you supposed to play it different, be more aggressive, or something else? I usually do 2C in anticipation of Tager's superjump... 2C beats pretty much everything Tager can do (it's what we have recommended in the matchup forum ;_ except 5A, which I discovered recently. If he wants to spam that I can do 3C. But almost every Tager either goes for a jump in or a backdash. I definitely need to use Hotaru more... it's just not a habit. Are you sure about getting in there and mixing it up with him? I usually do what I can to keep him off me, but he usually wins the back-and-forth as far as a close-up extended exchange goes. He only has to get me once with a grab or some other move before it turns into Atomic Collider -> everything. I used to think that getting cornered was bad, but Axis mentioned that he can't really do anything to me in the corner anyway... obviously I'll try to put distance between us though. Thanks for the advice! Anyone else?

OK, I didn't expect the comments in that Pisces video to go the direction they went. O_o I can take it down if you want. I just thought the mirror was an interesting fight. It seems like you (as in Nu players) have to completely change your play style against another Nu, but it hasn't been explored much, so it seems random. ALSO: YESSSS posting 10000 visitor messages!!!!!!

Oh, you were also on point with a lot of counter-hit combos, and a little tricky with continuing a combo after I hit the ground and didn't tech. You weasel. :P Normally they just let me lay there or throw out a wheel so I tech up a bit after. Instead you just ran up and hit me into another combo. I think if I'm looking for it I can get up early and counter, though...
