Hmm, that sounds interesting, I'll have to try it out. What kind of thing could you do with Kishuu > enma > kishuu? I assume if you're going to do Enma, you're right next to them, in which case Kishuu would just have you dash in place right in front of them... easy to get counterhit or grabbed. Unless the followup can hit them before they hit you... But that would take four stars...

Yeah, I was going to say that, I usually don't try to IB in a "real match" because I'd have to sit there and think about it, and then I'll just mess up. Like, I guess you have to just get so used to it that you can do it without thinking, but right now I can think of all the dozens of different attacks people can throw at you out of nowhere and then somehow you're supposed to instantly react to it and block at the exact frame. I could just block it normally, but trying to IB it means I'll most likely end up eating a combo I normally wouldn't. (Then again, I try to counter things all the time despite getting hit for it, so...) So yeah. Offline probably helps.

Guys, how does this Hakumen do what he does here? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBrIEakY7_k#t=0m26s I can jump cancel j.B, but I never can jump cancel j.A, so I assumed you can't... but he looks like he jumps almost four times. Can you jump cancel indefinitely or something? Normally the momentum of the jump just takes you down after one or two hits but he just keeps going up alongside the other Haku.

what the FFFFFFFF you stole every match tonight! You and that damn Magna Tech Wheel. :P I have found your TECHNIQUE now I must ADAPT to it. Argh, I kept trying to grab you at the same exact time you grabbed me every time. Gotta break that reflex. Any pointers? I stopped caring about playing it safe about halfway through and started playing RUSHDOWN HAKUMEN which was kind of working out.

Good games! I hope you didn't have to leave early because you got annoyed at my antics or something (stomping your corpse, etc.) Some people get upset by that. :P I couldn't hear you guys talking and my mic wasn't working... I could barely hear something but it wasn't loud enough to tell. Was that guy your friend? It looked like you guys wanted to have a "Haku room" but I wasn't sure... so I picked Ragna so he could have someone to fight against. I would have been fine with you playing Haku too, so I waited for you to pick someone first. But it looked like you wanted to settle our EPIC DUEL instead. ;P

Mainly because I think I'm one of the rare breeds of Nu who like to go melee sometimes. It reminds me of how my brother plays Nu; I sometimes have to be the one to get away from HIM, which is funny to me. :P We should play again sometime... it looks like the entire world is getting Call of Duty right now. So, if Carl tries to do his Gear super and misses, what's the way to punish him? (Assuming the Gear is between you and him.) Can you just Shippu through the super or something? Or would the Gear interrupt and hit you? I haven't tried because I don't want to get myself killed.

Hey, we have a lot of active Hakumen players here. That video has given me an IDEA. Why don't we try having a Hakumen tournament? I think it would be fun. I play a lot of Hakus on ranked from here anyway, but I never get to see some folks like qwerty in action. We (or at least I) could probably pick up and learn a few things too.

I'm like that with Nu. I actually like VSing Nu more than any other character. They always tend to find me somehow too. So if you want to play against Hakumen I'm always up for it, although there's always Full Auto Death, Slayer, and some other folks like Jack G and qwerty out there who can rock your socks off.
