I've picked up some horrible sleeping habits and haven't been going to sleep lately until after 6 AM. I had a reason for doing that as I had to take some girls to school but since school is over, I'm left with these bad habits. It's going to be a real bitch to go back to a decent sleeping schedule. I guess it's time to sleep though. I'll be up for some games at around 1 PM later on lol.

If your "main" is Plat then I won't be enjoying this but oh well, I suppose I need the match-up experience lol.

I'm gonna tell you like I tell all the hard-headed people who can't seem to stay on track with one character *cough*cookie*cough*, *cough*Starlight*cough*: don't stop playing your main until you feel extremely comfortable with him, almost to the point where you say "I feel like I've mastered this character". Otherwise you'll just play a bunch of characters at mediocre levels. Not that it seems to be a problem with you as you seem to stick to Jin.

Random Mami is ok if you have the meter to RC and if your opponent has its back against the corner. Most people try to IAD or dash out of the corner so there's a good chance of you tagging them with Mami for 4.4K+. Also, lol, get fucked Tager. Frying Pan Equipped, Mid-Screen Combo: Rising j.B > (Delayed) j.2C > 5C > j.D > AD > j.C > 22C > 66 5C > 236B > 66 6C > j.236C > j.C > 22C > 6A > 6C > 22C > 5A > 5D > 5C > 6A > 236B (4542/54) Master this combo, love this combo. The Delayed j.2C > 5C timing is a bit tricky but by God is the reward totally worth it. Cringe Tager, at the thought of an instant overhead that does 4.5K meterless bwahahahaha.

Pretty much the only Arakunes that come to mind are Dave, JakeBlaze and Skye if he's available. Jake has really stepped his game up... for an Arakune player lol.

Jin has the tools to engage him in air-to-air combat (j.B and j.C), to engage him in ground-to-air combat (DP A, 2D, sometimes 2C), and to deal with his Bell Bug + Cloud + 2D/j.XD spam (Ice Swords, Ice Car D, Ice Wave). You can also snipe him with Ice Arrow if he's at an angle setting up the Cloud. Plat has a few tools to deal with Arakune such as Missiles, Bombs, Mystique Momo, and whatnot but she can't handle him as well as Jin can.

You just try to kill him really fast and do everything in your power to keep him pinned down. If he has a Burst, then you better be ready to bait a Gold Burst as that's a full Curse for him. Be careful when you jump in as a 5C FC leads to full Curse. Don't get get hit by 6A as that leads to a full Curse as well. Lots of frame traps as well since Arakunes are some of the mashiest mofos out there and with good reason since 5A mash + 50 Heat = full Curse. Other than that, just pray that the Arakune sucks at using bugs and doing bug combos lol. lol Arakune, I'm just glad I play one of the characters who seems to be specifically designed to deal with Arakune's shenanigans.

That's what's up, from shit to enjoyable. If the connection allows you to react to 20+ frame overheads then you're doing it right. Then again, how else would we OS failing to block OHs lol. Green throws though, that shit really is untechable on netplay lol.

You could reaction 2D the Dive and just punish the charge with 5A since all of those are minus in this game. The DP though, good luck punishing that lol. Oh and pretty much every Tsubaki does random Charging Star and Dive, so the faster you learn to deal with it, the better lol.

I went in there and was like "Fuck, 4 people including me, huh? I'll just go back to joining random rooms until they get disbanded lol". I don't do 4-man + rooms, 1v1s are ideal but I'll bear with 3-man rooms. If I'm in a 3-man room and one more joins then I'll leave after the next match. I've said it before and I'll say it again, playing > watching lol.

It wasn't my intention to offend anyone and an argument/conflict was the last thing I wanted to get out of this. Like I said, I was just busting his balls lol.
