Nope, you got it. GB > 6C > DP Series GB > Dash Under > 5C > 6C > DP Series

Well for one, Hakumen is not a character who you can use 6C against because of the nature of his Counters. Hakumen players don't mash and if they do then they'll be mashing Counters, those which will catch 6C. It's not the Counter that you should be afraid of in this situation, it's Kishuu. Against Hakumen you want to use a lot of TK Swallow. TK Swallow will help you scout any Counter mash. If the Hakumen is mashing those Counters then you'll be able to cancel TK Swallow into barrier to punish accordingly. Once you condition him into not mashing Counters, then you can use stuff like 6B or what have you. You shouldn't be afraid of his Counters, the odds are against him if he uses them during your pressure. He has to guess whether to block high or low as well as risk getting grabbed. It's stuff like Kishuu and TK Hotaru that should really scare you. Just don't do anything silly like 3C > Bubble because he will mess you up.

Yeah, j.2C is too slow to work as a cross-up tool. If anything, you just use it to switch sides if you got your back against the wall but you're the one applying pressure. The one time where it shines is in the corner after a 5B vacuum. Mix-it up with j.236D feints for better results.
-
Yeah, gotta space it correctly or else you're screwed on IB.
-
The Jin thread is pretty much done, I just have to add some Gold Burst combos and we're set.
-
lulz, you can get some pretty decent damage out of those 236As with some meter.
-
That back dash says otherwise lol I'd play you, Shin, but the stream monsters are back. Back to the never ending Plat combo thread I go
-
lol, I had the reverse effect on her. She dodged me harder than Tager. There were times where she got deeply discouraged after some matches lol.
-
Disrespect their disrespect with a DP D + Meter. That or just 236A them, I don't know if it's a frame trap but I usually get people with it for a CH. Also, lol, I didn't know that 2A > 5C was a frame trap. Double lol at 2C > 6B being tighter than 5C > 6B. You should test some of these (like 2C > 236A or 6C > 236A) and see if they frame trap.

lol, I love when people do that against my Plat. So you're not going to tech? Fine, get 5C'd into 4K+. You could always just blue beat them, wait for them to tech and tech trap them with an air command grab. Now if they really won't tech at all then purple grab them and reset pressure with a nail or whatever. @LK - lol, mofos are scared or are giving up
-
I don't tech against Tager when magnetized or after getting freshly Cursed lol. @Cross - lol get struck by lightning
-
Yup, it's called "playing Platinum and attempting multiple 22C combos on netplay" Speaking of netplay, I'll be on for about an hour or so while the stream monsters are away.
-
I "flick" them, not mash them. Kinda like a snake biting something and quickly retracting its head lol.
-
Not gonna lie, I too smack the shit out of those buttons. Not that I enjoy it, I'm just not so precise as to push them slowly and accurately lol.
-
What are they to be enjoying making pointless noise? 5? lol
-
IADs, DP motions, and 632146 motions are my stick enemies. That and that shit is bulky and loud as fuck.
-
I'll rue the day when my pad ceases to function and I'm forced to finally learn stick. It's getting there, the directional inputs are fucking sensitive now and the Square + Circle buttons are beginning to stick. I DUN WANNA
-
The way I practiced it was like this: Slot 1: Jab string > 6A Slot 2: Jab string > 6B Slot 3: Jab string > tick throw Slot 4: Jab string > 22D unblockable Once you get exposed to the 6A/6B mix-up enough, you learn to discriminate it.
-
I don't know, it worked pretty well the other day. I was pretty free to Tsubaki's 6A that day because I rarely ever play Tsubakis and after a few minutes of practicing how to react to 6A, I hopped back online and played the same guy. I blocked the majority of those 6As after memorizing the OH animation even though I didn't know what her XX > 6A gatlings were. I do agree with that though, if you know the gatlings then it makes it a lot easier to react to the OHs because you know they're coming.
-
I don't play you because of that alone, we've played several times and the connection is genuinely bad lol.
-
Which part? Trying to learn how to react to the OH/tick throws or knowing frame data? lol
-
I need to stop chocking. I chocked that one time where I had you sitting on the Danger zone, with one primer left. Instead of doing Ice Car B, I did God knows what and got grabbed lol. Same when I lost that one match against CMSORA, I inputted the j.236AAA too early and lost the match because of that stupid shit lol.
-
GGs xntrik and I guess CMSORA too lol
