I don't think GG may suffer from upscaling, considering the nature of the game. I mean, try maximizing #R on windowed mode in a considerate resolution (1440x900, i.e.). Graphic quality remains.

ViolentLucidity Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 If this happens, a noob like me would have legitimate reason to drop money on a copy, and invest the proper time to become a decent contender, because God knows there's probably zero competition around my immediate local vicinity. From what I've seen, the game looks nothing short of bad ass. And not just folks like me, but imagine how much more of a potential audience it can draw! As it stands right now, unfortunately, I really see no reason to pick up the PS2 or Wii version of Accent Core. I wonder why they didn't include online with the Wii version. Kinda seems like they had no excuse. Guess we'll just have to wait and see if this happens. The ball is in your court, Aksys.

EdgeKun Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Pretty much what has already been said here many many times. This year has really shown a revitalization in the fighting game genre. As mentioned above, we're seeing new sequels + series, in addition to HD remakes of classics, that are all succeeding on a massive scale. A copy of Accent Core with just Arcade Mode, Vs (online and off) and training would be more than enough to not only make your fans happy as all hell, but to also revitalize the GG community. (GGPO based netcode wouldn't hurt either) In summary, +1.
