So I was working on fixing one of these:

Which required some help from a local hobbyist - he was really informative and helped me out by offering to Frankenstein one of his old projects to let me fix the broken but serviceable stick , which he let me have after all was said and done.

Shoutouts to that person, by the way.

I feel pretty inspired. Definitely want to take this in a new direction. :D :D :D :P

I'm trying to think if it's a better plan to replace the guts and buttons and touch up and enamel coat the top case or just buy a used replacement stick, use the case. I don't think I'll have a problem finding a way to grind down the face plate. Plenty of help for that available. I want to redeem this stick, somehow, and harness the power of hate - from the reaction I can tell it's worthwhile if I pull it off.

imo I'd take out the story portrait, the cg looks really nice and I think it'd be fine with just the cg and the background.

Possibly a change in font for the name, but that's much more negligible.

(this is all without visualizing the buttons, though....)

Yeah your right I was actually doing the Red, Black, and White because of one of the Icarus Ships from WipeOut HD Fury

Thanks, this took a while and it's great to see my work paid off.

I would probably take ideas like a theme to try my hand at it but I don't have a consistent way to get to a computer with photoshop especially since school ends this week. Srry

Just finished this badboy yesterday, getting ready for the Guilty Gear rerelease. I thought if anybody would appreciate a bit of GG fandom it would be you guys.

I really have no idea why I didn't post this up earlier. I guess it's just slipped my mind every time.

So here's a Guilty Gear themed stick I had commissioned a long time ago from Br0ken_Engli5h. Artwork is centered around Sol Badguy. I don't own this anymore, but I figured I should still post up pictures of it since I had them taken.

Specs:

- Seimitsu LS-32-01 joystick with a red Sanwa mesh pattern balltop

- 6x Sanwa OBSN-30 pushbuttons on the top panel

- 6x Sanwa OBSN-24 pushbuttons placed around the stick for various things, such as L1/L2, Start/Select/PS, etc.

- Paewang Revolution PS3/Xbox 360 PCB

- Neutrik NAUSB port installed on the back of the stick to allow for detachable cables.

Wiring's not the greatest, but hopefully it looks okay.
