W.E.M.P. Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Sooooo yeah, PS2/GGAC+ definitely does not recognize the default joystick on the mayflash as dpad. Hoping once I mod it, it will actually work. If not, looks like I am learning Eddie on a pad until this gets ported to XBL
WolfCrimson Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 you can change the option in GGAC to read analog, which would make it work. I mean I played GG with the stuck before I modded it and it worked

mr.mortified Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 why haven't asked me any questions about modding there's a reason i have a sticky in beginner mode
Unicorn Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 I've been looking for a fight stick for ages now. I had my mind set on a hori pro v3 sa until i read this thread about them being poorly built. I plan on modding later on but now i'm just looking for a good, large one. I've looked through a bunch and most are either hex or square gates, I have never used an arcade stick before so I don't know which is better. I found this yesterday and am thinking of getting it but if i could find a cheaper one it would be great http://www.amazon.ca/SoulCalibur-Arcade-FightStick-Edition-Playstation/dp/B006EJ38W8/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1336102795&sr=8-9 Ive been looking for one with 8 face buttons rather than six because i usually assign r2 to s+k+p for quick roman cancels. My budget is ~$150 (the one i linked is $155) but if i could get a good quality one for ~$120 or even $100 it would be great. Any help is appreciated.
Raging Ghost Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Tell me, would pre-ordering a Nyko Free Fighter be worth it?
Kyosuke Kagami Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 Quick question: Where can I order circular-like (8 way) stick restrictors for Seimitsu? Honestly, fuck square ones
Circuitous Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 http://www.focusattack.com/jlf-gt-o-circle-restrictor-plate-insert/ Boom.

Domenic93 Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 I need some help i've noticed that when I was using my new streetfighter 4 standard edition arcade stick, that when I was playing as makoto nanaya in blazblue that I couldn't charge up her drive move, can someone help out?
shtkn Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 why can't you charge it? can you use hte D button at all? can you go to button settings and make sure the D button is set? Â why didn't you ask this in the makoto section? please continue this conversation there
r0b0t Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Ok so not sure how many of you have a modded stick with a PS360+ but there was news recently from the people who make it that they had PS4 working with it after a firmware update. However they have no come to find out that the PS360+ dissconnects after 8 Minutes due to a authentication that occurs over the PS4 wireless channel. Being a wired solution it cannot authenticate this way. The full and better description of what is going on is here. Â My next question goes out to those planning to play GGXX -XRD on PS4, what are your plans for a new joystick? Are you going to Mod/build something and if so what are you going use/mod? Or is there a good stock solution I can buy, like the Ultra Street Fighter 4 stick from Mad Catz that is supposed to be compatible with PS4/PS3 via toggle? Â Â Â I am sad to think that I may not get to use my PS360+ on my PS4. Why did Sony and Microsoft have to change so much that old third party controllers are no longer compatible. Its USB for god sakes.
Kyosuke Kagami Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Dudes, is the HRAF 4 out? It ran out of stock at Amazon (backordered, though), so I couldn't order it in time. Â Also, if someone has it, what do you think about it? I may buy it later just to play Xrd.
Gegz Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 I've just ordered my Hori Arcade Pro V4 Hayabusa (PS3/PS4) on Nin-Nin for +/- 180€  Wanted the Madcatz PS3/PS4, but i also need a stick to play UNIB, so i can't wait.
beraht Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 if you already have a stick for ps3/xbox and want to use it for ps4, I am pretty sure you can use this  http://controllermax.com/  I ordered it and will be testing it out with my madcatz ps3 stick and etokki ps3/360 stick.  I have seen people use this with their xbox hori stick and it was compatable on ps4

dukmunky Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Has anyone come across any good alternate art for TE2 fight sticks yet? I'm looking to customize mine for GGXRD.
zlatko Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 I just pre ordered the Hori one coming out on March 3rd. I'm excited to finally have an arcade stick again so I can up my execution with Pot. http://www.amazon.com/HORI-Real-Arcade-Pro-PlayStation-4/dp/B00SULMRI4/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1423877223&sr=8-11&keywords=hori+ps4 Dosu 1
APinkBuny Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Hori Rap Pro V PS4/PS3 Stick  The stick it's self is really solid and I can def feel the difference between the sanwa and the Hori stick. The throw distance is pretty short and allows you to hit moves faster. The buttons also feel great tho they do tend to squeak a bit during play.  The only downside I can say about this stick is the USB. The USB port is a bit wonky and that if it's not in there just right it will pop up an error "To many USB devices". However once it's solidly in place you wont get the error. It's not that it's lose or anything I think its the connectors might be just a tad to short or some thing. I know it scared me half to death thinking it was broken when it popped up.
Dosu Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Question for anyone that owns an -Optical Joystick (Rollie Flash 1, GamerFinger optical, Hayabusa silent etc) Anyone have any input on these and used or own them before? How are they for fighting games and GG for that matter? are they just as precise as switches and don't screw up inputs or miss inputs? Aid's and all are just as good? I wanted to make my stick silent but for just about the same price I could get the Gamerfinger optical that just came out and seems simple enough to install.
