Probably inaccurate but very japanese. Shame it wasn't inaccurate. With a change like that, Hazama would be a shoe-in for at least high A-tier.

Besides his buff of his Counter Assault now a 5B movement (lol), as far as I can understand, his Ouroboros is better now in terms of recovery speed. But it's still slower than CS. I have no clue, just waiting for translations since google translate is making me laugh so hard.

Vivace won't be a big deal. It's not supposed to be spammed anyway. A should probably be for placement/positioning during combos and stuff anyway. B should be used, intelligently, on reaction to slower mids. (Sucks that low hits stuff it. D: )

Jin was in a fairly good place balance-wise, and he's been getting buffs where everyone else has been getting nerfs. And again, definitely not the first person to suggest Jin is heading on a crash course to top tier, I don't see any of those guys getting chewed out about it. Oh, but Stunedge disagreed with me and I had the nerve to disagree back. Watch the hell out. Speaking of which how come other people can say shit like "this game is becoming fucking hilarious god arcsys are such magnificent trolls <3" and not get berated? It has the same affect as what I said but somehow just flies under the radar?

Really bad? I haven't seen an example of a combo and it's damage yet, so that's the only thing I'm waiting for. Every other change seems ok so far, imo. He's totally playable at this point, unless he has CS Rachel damage. >.>

The thread is more discussing the changes occurring in this location test of an unreleased game. imo mods should clean up the shit or this thread is going to get locked soon, and we will be called faggots, etc.

Spirit Juice Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Ragna's 22C will still be very strong oki with meter, it just won't be the braindead "Always end with this" anymore, which is cool in my book. The main issue was that Ragna was able to create situations that ended in 22C way too easily. Ending with 22C when possible has always been ideal for Ragna since CT, but his comboability in CS made it pretty easy to use. His comboability options seem to have fixed this, which is why it's strange that they nerfed it so hard. Not sure if this change will stay, as it seems unnecessary.

The only change for Tager that struck me as potentially stupidly good was the increased magnetism and I never found any vids showing it off.

I like that it's got a faster startup again though, but at this point I stopped trying to make sense of the changes or care about them. I'm just going to play whatever version of Hakumen they give me and not really think about the details anymore :P

Guard crush 720 is back and its really easy getting your guard crushed in CSII now that bursts rounds your primers down and tager has plenty of ways (some of them are safe.) to chip off primers...and if your guard crushed on the ground then you just ate 5600. I can't until the translators translate the other tager notes...it said something about CH j.2C is easier to combo to or something. Screw google translate.

D: ) A if used intelligently was really good. You could 3C and then vivace when they attempt to punish your slide. You could vivace A out of Hazama's 'Swinging the Chain' Overhead and then punish him after. For a character with the poorest ground mobility (barring Tager) and no real shoryuken, every little bit of invincibility is welcome. I'll miss A's invincibility frames I think Volante and Anima will play a huge role in closing the distance now, especially against characters like Lambda. Not sure how I feel about j2C knocking down, will have to see what combos that leads to. But I'm not digging throw > fermata doing a measly 1.7k. Or the overall damage nerfs.
