Honestly, I feel like Noel deserves to be pretty high, even though I don't use her. Her new gatlings plus her faster j.4d are going to make her a monster.

I just chose to use litchi as an example, i'm just suprised everyone took such a misleading post seriously, it boggles the mind =p and I don't really see a point to it being posted in the first place other than to cause unrest within the community followed by a little chuckle at how stupid you all are.

BBCS2 changed a lot of stuff, I thought it was just going to be some proration tweaks here and there.
