Very first line of the article is, "Arc System Works has provided the latest information on Arcana Heart 3 Love Max for the 2014/3/13 issue of Weekly Famitsu," so I'm guessing they're also publishing this version. Also, it only mentions that there will be a digital release, not that it will be digital-only.
