Nice meeting guys. It was quite fun.

Also, has anyone seen a PS3 pad with a wire layed on a table. It has a small white circle sticker on the back?

I forgot to pick it up on my way out.

It is there actually, but im out of Foonzo, ill see if someone can pick it up for you.

EDIT: Kaeru, I got to really go in training room to get used to my new micro switches and get the real feel and... I managed to reach the Nirvana of Nirvana, a boner within a boner, its glorious.

GGs to all. I can't wait to get my hands on the NA release, I wanna relearn Lambchops and Hakumanz.

@Air and Calm : try to be at Terminus Longueuil metro around 11-11:30 AM. I hope nedel will be able to get to my place around 10-10:30, so we'll pick up brice at his CEGEP in Longueuil, get you guys, and we'll be on our way to TO. (ps: expect nothing to go as planned and everything to run late)

I never been to NY. Always lived in FL. I want to visit NY sometime though. I think you are thinking of Jourdal which lives in NY. I've had debates with Sans about that matchup. I think we came down to a 6.5:3.5 in Haku's favor. Relius has more long range options than his son but his son has better close range and longevity with his doll meter. Relius suffers too many negatives with his Ignis meter system. If she is out and he gets hit, techs a throw, gets a throw teched, or gets his combo bursted she will automatically dismiss and go into slow regeneration mode. His ground OH is 2F slower startup than Ragna's and is very easy for a Haku to see and reversal. Ignis moves have a huge startup overall so after some experience playing against you'll be able to react to her with a reversal easily. That Naruto game was hype back in the day, years ago. It had a strong scene in FL and NY.

yea you're right on that account; Karuru's vertical dive kick and horse unblockable makes him even more of a problem along with his command dash, which spaced properly dgoes right through hakumens 4c. I just thought the long range options would've made the matchup MUCH better since hakumen can simply keep carl out with all his long range options and keep carl from getting close. And with one mistake carl is losing half his life bar. You know what I'm talking about M-han :)

When I finally get the damn copy I'll need to increase my hakumanz count to OVER 9000. I miss your lambchops j.f :(

GGs Pedro, I enjoyed playing you even if it was for once round. Need runbacks with kirbster, you, and brice next time. Which will probably be on a sunday.

MTL, you make me proud. Brice, you'll get their women another day.

Btw, who's the Lambda? If that's Free Master, WOW. You leveled way up, dude!

Really?!

Well, I haven't met the guy yet, but that's some pro shit I saw there. My memory might be a bit fuzzy since I haven't played him in a good long while, but that was on par with Blood_Gemini, imo.

Posted

No offence to Gemini, but he doesn't play very often (he might not even play BB anymore), and hasn't bothered learning Lambda's new stuff since CS1. He was pretty good in CT, but I think he's just too busy to keep up with learning Lambda.

As a Lambda player myself, I think Nedel is much stronger than Gemini.

Nedel really has the potential markings of a top player IMO.

He just needs to play more, go to more tournaments and he's set. What he did at Smash Up was already a really good start for him.

Team tourney tactic: Always put Lambda first ^_^

LaN5X and Nedel were beasting today, good shit guys!

Also, shoutouts to Nedel for exposing Hermes, Pui, and John on stream in the first set of grand finals, that was incredibly unexpected, good shit again!
