Pad hurts my fingers Well, Pedro, the problem is: has Cranky already ordered a chip for your to dual mod with xbox? if so he may have ordered something inefficient if he didnt know you want PS2 functionality as well. There's 1 chip to dual mod an Xbox360 with PS3, and there's a second chip to mod Xbox360 with every console you can imagine (including PS2). If he's ordered the Xbox/PS3 one already then we'll have to repay him that, cause it's useless for your mod. I'll have to talk to the both of you about the pros and cons, cause there's different ways to do this dual/triple mod with different costs and options. But im pretty sure i can take care of it for you guys if you have the patience, cause i take my time when i work to try not to make mistakes. i wouldnt mind being the blacksmith for the community Edited April 4, 2011 by kaeru

kaeru Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 I have a few things i gotta discuss with you guys about. There are many options and NONE are perfect. I'll be more then willing to lend my help once we get that sorted. The one big decision you have to make is, how do you want to go from xbox360 mode to -> everything else mode. I don't want to get technical in a forum post, but basically something has to be done to tell the stick to be an Xbox360 stick or Everything else. There are 3 options: Imp Board: this is the thing the stick's at the HQ use. You hold down a button to go into "everything else" mode. And when not holding down that button, it is in Xbox360 mode. A simple switch: flip the switch one way, it's Xbox360. Flip it the other way and it's everything else. USB Hub: i don't know if i want to offer this option yet until i find the perfect hub to use. This is the option i chose for my own stick. It requires no user interaction and just works no matter where you plug it. Bangworthy risk reward.
