When ASW games comes to console, is there usually alot of changes and balancing? or is it different per game?

quick elizabeth guide

notable things

constant sp up?

her damage output seems low

her IK (not MB moves) activates automatically after 10 counts, someone mentioned it's unblockable, but not confirmed yet i think

her healing super doesn't seem to heal fully?

you can throw escape her BD action as if it's a normal throw

none, but they do fuck up like they did in ps2 port of ac where they gave sol "hidden (retarded)buffs"

They did make a few glitch fixes and changes to the ps2 ports of HnK and Sengoku Basara X, I believe they even added a couple new characters to the latter.

Most likely the console version of this game won't be significantly different though and even if there are differences at first both versions will probably end up the same in the end via patches

Anyone know if there will be a story mode for the console version, or will it just be an arcade to tell the story.

Pretty sure it's going to have a real story mode.

Also Elizabeth looks RIDICULOUS. Really fun looking character.

guess you're supposed to use your EXs for decent damage? also how much recovery is on hte concentrate spell? might be able to use taht as a fancy RC for her DP when at low life (since the life loss wouldn't matter).

Damage output looks super weak and not sure what to say about her normals.

But damn man, those supers F'ing crazy.

Also ArcSy keeping the tradition of having the super all powerful character nonchalantly lie down when they get knocked out

Which is awesome.

I really want to see Elizabeth in action, I think we'll see a reason for the low damage. She's got a crap ton of tools from the looks of it.

well......tbh most if not all of those combos that did 1.3-1.7k all had multiple 5as and either 2a or 5a starter, which i doubt has good scaling

2b looks like it has godlike potential

We have more or less seen the reason I believe. As Balmung stated in the Elizabeth general discussion, she has many opportunities to induce fear which would overall increase the amount of damage she deals since they'll be FC. She can poison too.

there is actually a long list of combos (non-fatal from my understanding) on the jp wiki that does 3k damage

fear + memento mori supposedly does over 6k

i'm pretty sure we'll see some high damage soon

i also read on twitter that people are working on mid-combo setups for concentrate... =O

Virtually none, there's very little startup before the super flash and basically no recovery. I will not be surprised at all to see combos into Concentration -> Combo into Beam -> Super Cancel into Diarama.

Not gonna lie, Elizabeth looks like shes straight up ass. I'm gonna main her anyway though <3~.

I do like her one of her IK supers shuts out any jump-ins or air approaches from the opponent. Hopefully we'll see some decent damage combos from her soon, alot of the stuff we saw so far seem to be very situational.

There's still the matter of her getting picked off in 3 or 4 combos due to her crazily low health. I wonder how good her zoning and neutral game will be.

Even though they disappear on contact it would be a nice way to make an opponent panic. No one would want a stray Mudoon floating in the air for too long.

Don't forget about a fair chunk of her moveset causing the Fear status effect which forces Fatal Counters. From what I read her damage output isn't ass either. Fear + Memento Mori does 6k.

True. I actually just read that over in the Elizabeth thread. So what moves inflict fear?

There's her guard cancel and her R Action at 100-150% SP... anything else?

5D and 2C I believe.

Also her normal grab does it.
