Believe it or not, I've actually be poked out of the 5C > 2C gatling on IB..and it's not like 5C is difficult to IB. We need that 2C > 5C Gatling back. Also, hitting a big hitbox with 2D sounds legit, but if it so happens that the 2D is blocked at that distance, what would people usually do? Because I just block after because it's not too good of a pressure tool, and can even put you on the defensive. A lot of Jin's frametraps are about 3 or 4 frames though, and can also be punished on IB. The idea with Jin is to frame trap the shit out of them without using the same crap all the time. Yeah the removal of 2C > 5C really pissed me off. If 2D is blocked I generally safe jump.

Also, lol, he's all like "get those Ragna 6Bs outta here, this ain't netplay". That Platinum though, he was on fire. His combos, his pressure, his decisions, everything was damn near perfect.

That Platinum barely beat him though, Fenrichi is as beast as they come. Platinum is a tricky one: she has a couple of fuzzy setups, instant OHs, anti-jump out pressure, and good damage off most hit-confirms near and in the corner and it's pretty easy for her to react to Bursts with an RC since her stuff has quite a bit of hit-stun.

Jourdal Posted July 25, 2012 Posted July 25, 2012 I try not to hate characters that aren't silly lol...but that character . I'm weird...my favorite jin matchup is VS Valk..clearly I'm on some shit lol. I only really hate noel, Mu and Kune. Plat is more "wtf?" than flat out hate lol.

I really, really hate match-ups that involve a lot of RPS, more so than normally and those match-ups are: vs Noel, Tager, Lambda, Tsubaki, and maybe Hakumen. Then you have those brain-dead characters (Ragna and Arakune) and those that are really annoying and hard to hit (Hazama and Taokaka).
