It really takes a lot of people off guard when you suddenly close the gap. I'm probably in close combat 60 to 70% of the time. Crescent cancel mix ups are what make lambda fun.

Mode changing apparently gives us access to certain mode specific moves, but it doesn't seem to show us what they are. For now, main points: Nu - 2nd row of pictures is her new special, "Face Lift". It changes her mode, and the moveset she has differs between them. 3rd row of pictures is her new special, "Supra Rage". Anti-air attack that moves her backwards. Overdrive "Unlimited Drive" = more swords. Both Legacy and Calamity DDs are affected by OD.

I was really hoping for unarmored mode and armored mode, or something to that effect. I'm also slightly disappointed that she is still wearing her visor. It would have been cool if her sprites were redrawn to match her new character art. I know it would have been a lot of work for arcsys so I understand and all. Oh well, I'm just glad shes in the game. I hope mode changing works well.
kenja0 Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 (edited) The difference between modes is the Halo above her head. I wonder if the mode change is fast enough to switch in mid blockstring/combo. No XBL. I'm not renewing it till the holiday season. I've just been experimenting with combos with all characters lately.

It is me they hate ? or lambda? only time will tell....

You guys should pick it up if you haven't. It is sad though that GG (along with Space Channel 5 Part 2) proved my controller should have been retired months ago.
