Mainly because you can dash after it (they might burst there), and it tends to go into j.4C (you're already holding back). I mean they SHOULD be bursting if they get hit by that, but they pick really bad times to, and it's just funny to see me block their burst when I wasn't even trying to really.

Her 5A is jump cancellable on hit. It sounds like you just recovered in time, and were happening to hold back at the time in the middle of the move, so you blocked it. It's like a lot of old Jin combos with his jA jB stuff. They just do their combo normally and hold back during it, and since the moves are so fast half the time if you burst during it they can just go right into blocking. It was most likely an accident but I really wanted to see the inputs. I recommend 4+ABC. That makes it easy until they start doing TRM set-ups

You can tech it if you see it coming but not if you try to react to it. OS tech can only take you so far until you start getting TRM'd. I'm with you on that, pretty free to throws because I know I tech it on time and netplay is all like "lol nope, this is netplay, whatchu doing trying to tech on reaction?" lol Oh yeah, that happens to me too. Oh netplay...I need to stop taking you so seriously and just accept it. ._.

I've got the combos and the mix-up but those other Plat's got the random factor going for them. "Derp, he pushed a button, Heart Car!" I'll play some more when I get back, gotta do some shit real quick. Also, lulz Etheral, I'm not even fucking with Ragna anymore. I'm just gonna lame him the hell out, stay out of ID's range, use auto-ID bait pressure, and IB > DP everything until I get you scared. Seems to have worked pretty well lol.

The point of Plat vs. Rags is to play as lame and annoying as possible until you convince the Ragna to try stupid shit. Otherwise, stay the hell out of 5B and ID range.
