Starlight777 Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Foo Fighters pls This, so much this F.F, Annasui and Enrico Pucci pls.
Pete278 Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Everyone seems to be mostly requesting characters I see as on lock. Like, as if Pucci wouldn't be in it. Meanwhile, there's no love for Stroheim.
Le Shad Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 That one guy comparing poses and attacks from the trailer to panels from the manga posted his video for the third trailer. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm19763207
Kriegdrache Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Stroheim would be da bess. Just chest machine gun stand users all day erry day. Nazi science > bogus stand arrow technology. I'd really like Foo Fighters too though. Annasui too, because he's my favorite Part 6 character next to Pucci.
Aureliano Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Did they say anything about the "characters per part" ratio ? We already know 6 part 3 characters, and only 2 of part 2 to 7. It stands to reason for at least some of those that there should be at least a third character per part (some lack their main villain, others lack a notable secondary character of some kind, some lack both). I think what's everyone fearing is that some parts will get the shaft with only 3 characters while stardust crusaders gets over represented, so they're naming major character that might not make it in because of some imaginary roster limitation. I'd really like 6 characters per part, but I'm having a hard time seeing that becoming a reality...
Le Shad Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Five or six per part doesn't seem all that far-fetched. I'd actually be butthurt if SC got 6 playable dudes and the others only got like three or four.
furix Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Yeah... SC doesn't need 6 characters. That's what we have the arcade game for.. So I am hoping the other parts get 6 too.
Kyosuke Kagami Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 >takehito koyasu as dio brando screw that guy. he ruined kenshiro and zato-sama. his za warudo sounds boring. isshin chiba please
George Costanza Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 >takehito koyasu as dio brando screw that guy. he ruined kenshiro and zato-sama. his za warudo sounds boring. isshin chiba please I don't mind disliking anyone else. But seriously? Hating on Koyasu? ESPECIALLY his Dio? Man you must be up out of your mind
Kriegdrache Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 >takehito koyasu as dio brando screw that guy. he ruined kenshiro and zato-sama. his za warudo sounds boring. isshin chiba please We cant be friends anymore.
Kyosuke Kagami Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 No, I prefer Isshin Chiba over generic-badass-japanese-voice All his roles sound like... goddamned Hotohori. Well, except Shingo.
SoWL Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 All his roles sound like... goddamned Hotohori. Well, except Shingo. In other news, characters voiced by the same voice actor tend to sound the same. Some people have better range, but Koyasu is plenty good at the roles he's picked for.
Vulcan422 Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 (edited) >takehito koyasu as dio brando screw that guy. he ruined kenshiro and zato-sama. his za warudo sounds boring. isshin chiba please You must be taking crazy pills if you think Takehito Koyasu is a shitty voice actor. He's like the Japanese Crispin Freeman. Edited January 12, 2013 by Vulcan422
MikeStrider Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 You can tell Koyasu has a ton of fun playing Dio too.
Le Shad Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 I guess being picked to play mo' fucking Dio is like, an honour. I bet Sugita was mega hyped to be Joseph too.
Pete278 Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Sugita's apparently been making jojo's jokes in Bururaji recently, so I'd assume he loved it.
Pete278 Posted January 15, 2013 Posted January 15, 2013 Apologies for the double post that is almost 24 hours apart, but the guy who got the early copy of V-Jump that had the Pillar Men voice actors says next month's V-Jump confirms Johnathan, Will A Zeppeli and Johnny. No one surprised, I'm sure, but it means we'll get to see them in the next trailer. I eagerly await the SENDO HAMON: SUNLIGHT YELLOW OBADORAIBUUUUU they've been building up to in the past two trailers.
Jugun Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 I heard on Siliconera they confirmed Caesar aswell http://www.siliconera.com/2013/01/16/jojos-bizarre-adventure-all-star-battle-adds-caesar-and-jonathan-joestar/
Pete278 Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 I'd assume they got confused between the Zeppelis, I've heard nothing about Caesar. Would like to be proven wrong, though.
xlolxlolx Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 it wud be pretty weird for them not to add in caesar
Pete278 Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 http://jin115.com/archives/51924940.html says Will as well, and claims he has the frog punch. I figured it was the only thing he could have as a super, really, so I'm pretty excited to see it. I hope there's a slow-mo zoom-in on the frog.
Final Ultima Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 The original leak was correct. Jonathan Joestar, Will A. Zeppeli and Johnny Joestar.
