If you can, I'd REALLY like to know anything about what the different levels for Amane's drive do, like how higher and lower ones affect it, as well as how he earns more levels.

I know you have everyone asking for Info. But I think for those that can actually attend the Loketest, just noting down what the new moves actually do would be more than enough this early on. New moves alone would generate untold levels of hype and theory fighter, which is what we're all high on now.

Other than that, I can't ask for anything else.

I'm going to need to take notes on DL too it seems lol.

I'll admit though, I'm probably going to look at Jin slightly more than any other character just because of main, but regardless I'll get as much info as possible.

EDIT: @Yuki Oh I suppose that's true too. Well I'm not the only one going either, so if anything there'll be tons of gaps, but maybe I'll be able to help with keeping the hype strong just with info on new moves like you said lol.

Yeah I'm mega jelly. :D Any shred of info I can get on His Fabulousness is super appreciated. I'm sure everyone feels the same about their own respective characters.

um....would it be too much trouble to ask to see what litchis new move 421c does

According to a guy on the bbs Litchi's new 421C is "just like Jam's Hyappo Shinshou." Don't know exactly what that entails so I'm gonna take his word for it and assume it's a move very similar to Hyappo. I'll try to confirm this.

From what I've gathered from the bbs, Amane's gauge goes up to level three and it diminishes over time. One poster said he's a gauge character that's somewhat different from Tsubaki. Dunno if that means he can charge his gauge (ie Tsubaki/Order Sol) like her or if he gains levels through other means.

Thanks for this! With that said, I'm definitely curious as to how he gains more levels now. He could gain them slowly over time ala Hakumen's magatama, or through landing certain moves like Bang's seals. I think I'd prefer gaining them either over time or through charging like Tsubaki.

I also wonder if it's like Tsubaki in that he loses a level when he uses moves, or if it's more like Labrys's axe levels from P4U in that it stays that way until it runs out. I'm guessing higher levels mean more powerful attacks, maybe different properties of the moves it affects.

Have you heard anything about what Relius' new moves actually look like?

@ShelledMenace: Hoping to hear some good stuff about Jin; I know it's an Odd numbered game so if things are the way the past has been, Jin is going to be good. And a bit on Amane wouldn't bee too bad either, I'm already liking the Babality Astral.

On another note, I am calling it now; Bang finds Lord Tengu's son; it's Amane...

Azrael drive inflicts "weak points" after they land.

Meaning that in order to be played properly, he must put weak points, then hit them for massive damage, right?

Chronophantasma 'thread' and character discussions are all up in there.

I'm laughing at the people who want Celica in the game in that BBCP thread. Not that I wouldn't mind, but you'd have to really think of how she'd even be playable.

Oh yeah, seems like there's a lot of space on that character select screen. And colour select now works like P4A where you get to preview the colour.

Some notes from the したらば bbs (forgive me if it's already been mentioned earlier in the thread):

- "same attack combo" shows up as a system message (similar to "counter"). Not sure if this is a new system or just a visual aid for an already existing IPS or scaling system.

This sounds like a "same move proration" warning - a way to detect when repeating a move in a combo is screwing over that combo, without you haven't to pore over the frame data to figure it out. Thumbs up.

Hard to see if SMP glitch has been removed because people need to find new ways to incorporate all 10 SMP moves into a combo because of all the combo changes... But, it probably has been removed. Don't see how it adds any merit to the game, so I would assume they would patch it out.

Also some random stuff for Bang that I translated

623B no longer wall bounces.

j.623B wall stick is shortened

5D is not jump cancelable and doesn't combo into 623B either

6C > j.B > j.4C > j.C > 5A still works on Ragna

For all 4 seals you need to get one of each move (!?)

As for 22A、 Works the same way as Rachel's float with the umbrella.

All of my why
