Narroo Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Hm, as people are pointing out: The lower on health you are, the more risky it is to use OD, thus as you loose health, Bursting becomes more valuable, while OD becomes less. Thus, perhaps the time increase is just simply to balance ODing at lower health.

That and Azrael's theme impressed me, but not his gameplay, as opposed to Bullet and Amane who have impressed me. I still want to see Amane's supposed ArcSys chip damage people keep referring to. But primarily I want all the themes.

As long as Noel's drive is still Chain Revolver, Noel will remain one of the main distributors of Netplay brand salt.
