Sounds like you're just salty when your character sucks, tbh.

Haters gonna hate, but I just can't play low tier anymore, unless it's a game where the difference is minimal. It's not worth it.

I don't think any of the characters I've picked up until now have ever been low tier, but I can see this being true for a lot of people. If you feel like that, maybe it's a good idea to learn the character you like first and then learn a top tier character for when you're too salty from losing. It'll probably save you a lot of rage.

I tend to subconsciously pick try hard characters. When you win with them, it's feels great, and it always feels like you've earned it, even if it's a straight robbery.

Use whoever you want to use for whatever reasons that you choose to value. Whether that be for character preference, tier preference, etc. Crying and moaning about intrapersonal reasoning's that pertain to a video game (which in itself is just a form of subjective escapism) is just silly. Your ideological values are no better than anyone else's, plain and simple. Most people have a hard time accepting this, some moreso than others; I am no exception.

The specials can all be DD-canceled.

5A, 2A, j.A, 5B, 2B - same as Hazama's.

6A - a diagonal knife slash. An anti-air.

Gasenshou (214D) - a command grab. Recovers about 30% Heat.

Gouga Soutenjin (623B) - can be used in the same cases as Houtenjin. Can be done in midair.

Orochi Burensen (63214B) - a bigger version of Orochi? Causes wall-slam.

Ouja Zanrouga (236236A) - a counter-move. Can't really see it, since the start-up animation resembles walking? Deals about 3200 damage.

Oh ho ho, I like all of that. Here's to hoping that 2A is exactly the same as Hazama's frame-wise.

30% Heat steal from a command grab? Say goodbye to your 214Ds/Hizangekis, Jin.

Aerial Hotenjin? This day has finally come.

Sooooo......Houtenjin > Steal some heat > Houtenjin again > Steal more heat > Houtenjin one more time > Steal even more heat > Profit?

Edit: Lol sounds like Terumi is a counter to Hazama. Looks like his trolling knows no limits.

I wouldnt overreact to the meter gain values. I highly doubt the meter stealing is a 1:1 ratio. His OD makes his drive steal more so I doubt they'll give him 40%+ meter steal on a single move. That's just straight broken with how so much of the cast needs meter for their defensive options. I wouldn't be surprised if the ratio is 1:2 or 1:3 where he gains more than they lose. So if he gained 30% then they only lost 15%.

So midair Houtenjins, decent ground mobility, and a counter that starts-up with a walking animation.(God I hope projectiles trigger it.) Terumi is beginning to sound like the disrespectful scumbag I always wanted to use.

About the whole tier thing, I couldn't really care less about tiers unless the character I liked was sucky in a near-unwinnable fashion. I just pick my characters based on looks.

Nah, I'm not salty about that, most people online aren't good enough to beat me regardless of character. What I am kinda bitter about is how many Jins there's gonna be in CP, lol.

HEY! Having your main be low tier is the best!

Win? "Bro you suck, lol"

Lose? "Whatever bro, I'm bottom tier anyways lol"

Now that you mention it, we never DID get GG-style Story Mode intros, did we? Man I miss those. I replayed that Gold Sol vs. Gold I-no fight a lot just to see that versus animation go. Ah, memories.

What exactly are you talking about? Never played GG (don't look at me like that).

You sad little man...

They were special VS intros only used in Story mode, XX they were rad in AC+ they were kinda "Eh"

I said don't look at me like that >_>

I'm hype for Xrd and maybe I'll pick up AC+R to get used to the system...my friend wants to play it at least.

So anyway, watched some of that. They're pretty badass, something like that in BB would be pretty cool. I noticed that many of them inflicted damage on characters despite only being intros--you still have to fight a character with reduced health like that? Damn.

In GG's story mode, sometimes instead of the regular intro, special story mode-only intros were used. They did small amounts damage and/or gave some tension to you or the opponent. Most importantly, they were pretty cool to look at.

You can see some of them here: http://youtu.be/FJoCI6FcB5k?t=48s

Edit: Ninja'd lol.

I dunno how I feel about this anymore. I'm not really a great player so when I win, it just feels like the person I'm playing against doesn't have a lot of Carl MU experience. I guess I should say that if I win without gimmicks or unblockables, then it actually feels like I outplayed my opponent.

Also, how long is this loketest going on for? Just for the weekend? Still waiting for cam footage leaks.

Yes, Story mode was basically another type of mission mode, there were alot of special condition fights, it was AWESOME!!!

Only when it worked for you though. Fighting Kliff with Order Sol while Kliff could only be damaged by specials and supers and having a little less than full health was almost too painful.

Kind of off topic, but since other people brought it up, these are the closest things we have to special story mode intros in Blazblue.

Needless to say it's pretty obvious the capability for special intros is built into the game - we've just yet to see them used. Maybe CP will change that.

I had a hard time taking any of that at face value when I read "Mayor Kisaragi".

Jbbs stating Terumi's health looks to be 11,000. One person made a mention about 6B having a hold option but I can't understand it. ;~;

That's what I assumed but I didn't want to jump to assumptions and state that.
