Dustloop should have a irc. I also recall psn players made a irc but that was mostly for BB players iirc.

Ugh, this so much. Mizuumi has a couple dedicated to a bunch of poverty games, P4A included, so why not Dustloop as well?

If you need an IRC channel for your tournament, you can just make one on any server and just join an empty channel to use.

Dustloop does have an IRC channel, but it's probably not the best place to run your tournament. Just make a new channel anywhere
