Ky's unconfirmed status is "Cop-King". -Make your way for The King of Cops,Cop of Kings For now. I'm not too confident that A.B.A will make it in. Like, in that they don't seem to show particular expression or annunciation for their lines? Hopefully that's just for this test, but I hope they'll have fully animated faces for that reason. I can't imagine they'd not, after all this work- is there something about rigging a face that might be too difficult or interfere with the look they're trying to get? Wasn't it mentioned that all of the sound effects were placeholders from previous games? Perhaps the reason that they aren't timed right is because they would rather wait until they had the actual finished in game voice work to time the mouth movements correctly. EDIT: What Henaki said.

My point wasn't about the mouthflaps matching up at all, obviously on that they're waiting on actual voiceover clips. I'm talking about actual face animation, as in expressions. So far, I don't feel like I've seen a whole lot of expression out of the character models and screenshots we've seen so far, at least not as demonstrated in-game, which is why I'm questioning its use for in-game story renders where they would show a range of expression as conversations take place. edit: Well not totally, I have noticed some instances of mouths grinning/scowling in different shots etc like in Sol. But I haven't seen any other facial differences as far as in things like cheeks/eyes yet, so I'm basically wondering how far the facial modeling is or is going to go- as far as cutscenes being "anime like".
