StylisH Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Everyone learns at different levels. I have no problem whatsoever playing GG with I-No, but I'm completely clueless when it comes to Faust, who's much easier and arguably 2nd best in the game.

Icekin Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 I remember playing against Tsubaki and being completely clueless as to what she was doing, because all her moves look like the exact same mash-up of red stuff, feathers and white flashing. I swear, it's like she's trying to bring "Get Down" back from the meme grave. So I decided to play around with her to get familiar with her moveset. It didn't really help, it still all looks the same to me, but I know that's my problem and not the game's. So I gave up. No one plays Tsubaki anyways, so eh.

TeeJay Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Um, disrespect the mess out of Tsubaki. Tsubaki takes jabs in the face. People will straight up preemptive jab after 5B, 5BB, 2B because they know the overhead is coming. Dash grab? Jab or DP it. When she starts using frame traps, then you can do things differently. High level players can react to her overhead nearly every time. I thought people were just guessing my habits, so I started mixing in lows or 22x in the same strings to get counter-hits and they blocked them all. I'm mediocre but....don't respect her at all unless you need to.
