OD Raid works better for characters who can't get good mileage out of their ODs in combos or in situations where a burst would put you at an disadvantaged situation. One of the characters that can get the best out of OD Raid are Tager and Celica because of these reasons on top of having decent and reliable reversals to punish unsafe blockstrings during OD Raid. But it's rare for most characters having both of these situations, so usually it's better to hold onto the OD for a possible damaging combo or by bursting and resetting to neutral/advantageous situation in their favor.

lol dunno what you're all talking about, the Xrd community right now looks bigger than any other fighters from similar lines (BB, P4U, UNIEL etc) It definitely feels like a mainstream game rather than a niche, like BB seemed to be since CT. The tournament numbers are nice, the amount of events featuring the game isnt bad and players from other games are showing interest in playing and going to Xrd events. I think it's doing great considering the game is only 3 months old.

Yea I know, that's just because CSEX combo system has much more depth than CP's, namely more chara specific stuff, no combo timer, more combo tools, midcombo heat gain being a thing and fun SMP glitch stuff. In CP we could figure out the max damage for Ragna in less than 2 weeks after the console release haha it's really a dumbed down system but I like it for most part.

Someone forgot to tell that to Grover Well then, the main issue is that you probably dont "get" how the game works (fundamentals), and so, you can't understand it and get the best out of your character. Do you have any videos of your fights? That would help us alot to track down your flaws.

Yes, Lambda definitely feels like a close-medium ranged character with many projectiles. Unlike Nu whose combos and setups always put the opponent far, her most optimal position.
