And then it is recalled that tier lists do not take character difficulty into consideration.

Riannon looks ST Akuma stupid now that people know how to play her =\

http://ja.justin.tv/topangatv#/w/1421135920 Tokido's playing netplay. He was for a little bit at least. Now he's streaming some videos.

I currently reside about 2 hours from Valdosta. However I lack any form of transportation.

I'm starting to scare myself guys. A magnetized slidehead for Tager sounds like a good idea in my head now.

[CS2] Tsubaki Yayoi Video Compilation v3 - We have hope guys lol
TheGreatReptar replied to pktazn's topic in Archive
That's Litchi *shrugs*. She gets one random hit, confirms off of it, and you're suddenly having to get 6 times in a row. -
I think the best part about j.236A whiff combos is that they'll actually get more damage than 22D starter combos (for combos requiring the same amount of charge) off of a 5BB>5CC confirm. Having 22D starter combos being the best damage per charge combos in CS1 sucked.

throw>6CC>623C>j.236A(w)>j.214D>5C(w)C>2CC>236B>214B>22B?

Only west coast is free to Tokido though.

Indeed. Sometimes after a knockdown ender with Tsubaki, I'll tack on 6C so the opponent will air tech, then I jump cancel the 6C. If they forward or backward air tech, I'm in airthrow range. If they neutral tech, I just dive at them.

I apparently have a habit of being in things when going to tournaments now.

So, Eshi and Ivysaur informed me this past weekend that 2D is jab-punishable on regular block. The only drive followup that you'll lose to is Spring Raid. On instant block you can also do 5B and land a counterhit combo (assuming they did a drive followup).

Q&A about Joystick Building, Parts, and Purchasing
TheGreatReptar replied to mr.mortified's topic in Hardware
If the reason you can't buy one online is that you don't have a credit card or something, and you've been looking around for 2 days, you might as well just go and find a place that sells Visa gift cards and get one of those and order a stick with that. It'll probably save you a ton of trouble. -
Q&A about Joystick Building, Parts, and Purchasing

I've only seen them in Gamestops in limited quantities. I think Best Buys might have some sometimes. Retailers almost always have them locked in at MSRP though, so you'll be paying 150$ for a TE or 80$ for an SE, and probably won't have any sticks other than Madcatz ones (although I've seen the Tekken 6 wireless stick in stores too, but that thing is really bad). -
We were both guilty of that Paul. I couldn't get you to stay on the ground on wakeup to save my life.

I will =O

So, I tried downloading CS2 on my PS3 today. It got all the way to 2% before my connection dropped. I called the internet people again, and they're sending someone to fix it tomorrow. Hopefully I can play online then D: I'll host some rooms and junk...and then proceed to give the host to someone else since it'll probably be shitty.

I asked my mom over Spring Break if I could have "a bunch" of friends over the night before and the night after a tournament in June, and she said ok. I've brought it up recently again just to make sure, and her only response was I had to clean my room first.
-
Imagine being me Chris...6 hours away...in the middle of no where...with Fisher Price internet that's been dropping constantly since I got home...without people to play against D:: That being said, on June 9th, if you guys do end up staying at my place for the night, I want a first to 50 with everyone so I can remember how to play fighting games. Also, at my house, I have like 3 CRT tvs (one just needs a VCR) and for some reason, I think the HD tv in my living room might be one of those rare HD CRT tvs. Setups everywhere.
-
I never thought people would be going to and from my house every day Chris. That'd be insane =P Everyone can just stay at my place the Thursday before and Sunday night/Monday morning after so you guys from Atlanta don't have to drive 9 hours straight. Instead of leaving earlier than 9am on Friday, you can then leave at like 2 in the afternoon and get there in time for Friday games. I'd be willing to room with you as well.

I was goofing with the Litchi in training mode, and I finally did it. I found a midscreen combo that starts with 5B that doesn't end with Tsubame Gaeshi. You can do 5B>5C(1)>3C>Tsubame Gaeshi (falling hit whiffs)>dash>5A>5B>6C>421D>j.B>jc>j.B>j.C>j.236B>j.236C ~2900 damage If you somehow eliminate the starting 5B, you can leave out the dash>5A. 5B then hits when the opponent is quite a bit lower to the ground, so you can do the j.BCB stuff quite easily. Hehe..I went to the Litchi combo thread to see if it's been posted, and it was, only you can always elimate the 5A and just do dash>5B, then you get the full j.BCB loop D: I should really read threads to better utilize combo-studying time.
