Burst grabs are hype, but jumping up and IBing a burst is the best option... always.

Always jump and block a burst (unless you're trying to be cool I guess... but save that for casuals), since you'll be able to combo for more damage after it. Kind of off topic here, but Cadenza, what's your custom title from? I remember hearing "Kuroi-senseiiiiiiiiiiiiii~" in my head somewhere, but I can't remember where it's from and it's driving me nuts. ~_~

In #R I think it had something like 11-17 frames of invul. I forget how many exactly, probably 11, but it was still really good. In XX it was just absurd, giving you the full amount of invul. frames from the backdash, making it 23 frames or something.

For Potemkin, you do realize Potemkin Buster is throw invul on start up, right? Not sure how you can say she can throw Potemkin in situations he would attempt to PB since it's throw invul. In general, mid-screen to full-screen notes are bad against Eddie since they have easy ways of dealing with them. As for Eddie, I'm not really sure what tools you're talking about that she can use to escape set ups. She doesn't have anything to escape unblockables or pressure, and Nobiru reaches up pretty far to prevent you from jumping away or advancing at all. Also, not hitting an FRC? Which FRC are you talking about? Drill FRC? That's the only FRC Eddie will use (maybe Damned Fang FRC, but that's rare to use and it's only usable when you get hit by it anyways so...), and even on block it's completely safe.

Testament controls too much space, giving I-No a difficult time. Potemkin is Potemkin... and his only unfavorable match ups are Testament and Eddie, maybe Dizzy. Without a shadow, Eddie can definitely get overwhelmed by I-No mix up... but once Eddie has a shadow out her options are really, really limited; Eddie just controls too much space with the shadow, and she doesn't have any good options of dealing with Eddie pressure. I'm not really sure how you can say those are favorable match ups for her at all. Similar to other C and D rank characters, her number of good match ups are really limited. I would say she doesn't have more than two.
