Heart Car in the middle of a blockstring is a pretty retarded idea, only a retarded Noel would just randomly throw in 4D in the middle of stagger pressure. If she is pressuring after you block a reversal drive attempt, Heart Car is still iffy since we can hit you out of startup with a lot of stuff, luckily Drive pressure is easy to just jump out of and call it a day, punish with whatever you want, j.C seems to be the favorite of most Plats for punishing Drive while in the air(It literally kills everything we do, a well spaced j.C is even safe against 6A, it really makes this matchup a pain in the ass for Noel, trust me on this one).

It's not a true DP because it's a guard point, you can grab her out of it at any time, and you can even cross it up with 2D(2D will hit the guard point but you will not get hit, at this time you can d.5C > d.6C for a combo).

I can't imagine how it could possibly be set up to be a meaty, but if you could explain one of your setups more it would be much appreciated. If what you say is really solid, then this would be a great way to at least take a primer off(two primers off of characters with no DP with d.6C), but I just don't know what move we have that forces emergency tech other than d.5C, which is no longer jump cancelable.

A low would make it completely useless against Noel and her 2D, especially if it's slow, which means we can 2D it on reaction, and isn't even a mixup because even if we do block it we'd be defaulting to low block anyways.

fuck her drive, I'd just love to have a reason to throw out a poke and know that if it hits I can get a combo or knockdown without counter or crouching. Like seriously make her drive something different, I could care less what it is as long as I have that one buff.

If 3C was so easily comboable, I wouldn't even need drive, like take that shit away and give me 5C > 3C on standing normal hit, and bam, suddenly you have a real character, think about it.

I'd say it would be a quick attack, meaty, and huge frame advantage, make it really worth spending, like a godlike pressure tool, maybe allowing for a free 6B with no dangers of worrying about an opponent mashing out of it.
