  1. CT Noel was average too... Beware the nerf stick Plat, it can happen when you least expect it.
  2. Heart Car.
  3. Thanks for that WoZ, I haven't truly tasted top tier goodness yet, and I was beginning to worry it would be taken from me prematurely.
  4. Remixed Sonic Music? You mean this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hNybY6GEHKI&feature=channel_video_title Which I also made :3
  5. Only partially.
  6. Nah, tonight's just a rough night where I haven't slept, but I'm heading off to bed now.
  7. Ah, so kind of like a safe jump. Sneaky shit, but as you said before, it's "beaten" by just blocking.
  8. What Sahgren said, also note that certain starters just wont allow 4D > 6C at all, like for example forward grab > stuff > 6C(2) > 4D > d.6C wont work, however for some reason it works if you do 4D > d.6C BEFORE you use 6C(2), not entirely sure why, but what can you do? I haven't tested every single possible starter, but usually it's pretty safe to assume that if you overload on pokes near the beginning of the combo it wont let you 4D > d.6C.
  9. The hardest part of learning someone new is that you are no longer in your comfort zone, buttons do different things and are used differently. Noel's 5B is for spacing, Lambda's 5B is more close range. Noel's 2C is a low, Lambda's is an anti-air. everything is so different, especially true when you are going from Zoning(Lambda) to Rushdown(Noel) where the entire point of the character is different, as Lambda your goal was to keep your opponent as far from you as possible, but as Noel your goal is to chase them down. Point is: Don't give up, because you become a better player if you can get used to playing multiple styles, and as an added bonus you'll find out that you will also get better with using your main character by playing a sub as well, since it will give you a new outlook on the game as a whole, and find new ways to deal with a situation you may have only previously had one answer for.
  10. This is a problem I have when I play my subs, however the best way to do it is play the matchup often and get used to what you're going to be fighting. For more understanding of certain matchups visit our matchup threads.
  11. Nah I know for a fact 4D is never a good idea on a chaining Hazama, it's too slow. You say that Zidane had an OS to bait even DPs? What was it? The best Hazama I've ever fought in CS2 was LK's, but he didn't really do anything special in regards to chaining, at least not that I could see myself.
  12. hey COR is the pools thread your name isn't listed as a "Superstar" I mean really, DO THEY KNOW WHO YOU ARE?
  13. Do you at least remember if it is a girl, or a trap? This is important.
  14. Luff, who is that in your avatar?
  15. And people wonder why I always get so emotional, I come back stronger every time, it's like a Saiyan if DBZ was created in 2004. /emo joke.
  16. Cheesed out by Noel? lol, you ever try zoning? I hear it works, don't listen to me though, it's not like I play Noel or anything. :P Seriously though, Noel only wins if you let her get you impatient, and I know this first hand because the Noel mirror is the same way, whoever keeps the cooler head wins, when Noel gets impatient she takes more risks, and when she takes risks it's your chance to blow her up for it. Your 6A will blow up 2D, and your 5CC is also a godlike tool for anti-drive strats, be careful with j.2C though, because if you miss us by a little bit and we 4D, well this happens: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbgFotQA_v8&feature=channel_video_title
  17. I don't always cry uncontrollably, but when I do, I choose kleenex. The only brand sponsored by Team Stickbug.
  18. I normally just block and wait him out, they all fuck up eventually.
  19. I'd assume the hole is less than 5 frames, since not even 6A works in that situation in my experience, and since her head invuln starts at frame 5, I'd place the hole anywhere from 1-4 frames. I haven't tested on IB yet though.
  20. Welp, at least I'm known for something :3
  21. Have no fear, because I was the exact same way, even right down to the combos thing, what came of it is my first actual sub(Makoto) since before CS2 I was just complete ass with any character but Noel. When I got depressed about her combos feeling dull and empty I reached out into the deepest parts of my soul and thought hard: "What can I do, that no one ever thinks about?" and my answer came in the form of a combo video I made myself. Noel Vermillion CS2 Combo Video: Sky. The main point though, it doesn't matter what everyone says, the only thing that makes a character broken is the opponents, I've stomped players for free, had my fair share of glorious victories, beaten players that I could not beat in CS1 and yet, I have also been beaten to a pulp, got robbed of victories, and have even been raped for free. Point is: people are gonna hate you no matter who you play, but staying true to yourself and making an effort to show off what you can do will generate respect no matter where you are on the tier list.
  22. You wish. But you guys are getting there, keep up the good work :3
  23. 1st point: I have never seen j.B wiff on our 4D ever, ever ever. 2nd point: 4D comes out slow as hell, so what you say is probably true.
  24. Good shit then.
