In my experience even if a point blank 22B wont connect, a 22C will, so if you aren't positive that a 22B will hit, just do a 22BC, and even if the 22B wiffs, the 22C will connect and launch them. Sure you wont get the crazy damage that 22BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB gives you, but you still get the 120% Bonus proration from 22C, and the eventual 120% bonus proration that the second hit of 6C gives as well. tl;dr just hit buttons and stuff happens for big damage.

I can't say you were all that bad, but I wont really comment since it's an old vid. I WILL say however that your eyesight is so fray that I can't believe you can even play video games, because the title of the vid told me I was gonna see a Noel mirror, but the video was Noel Vs Bang :3 Unless there was a Noel mirror later in the vid, I didn't watch much because CS1 Noel vs Bang makes me sad. But if that is the case I take back my previous teasing ;3

Well there you go. Of course you would need a way to set it up, I know Noel can get a full combo with or without corner fenrir and be able to set up into Purple Grab.

I'm assuming Akira is a Tager player, since I remember hearing about him before. Purple airthrows against Tager in the corner sets up a kind of semi-oki , because the goal is to have him break the throw, and then either airdash in and hit j.AxN and keep him pressured, with j.4D or falling j.B as potential(but not all) mixups, and since Tager can just use j.A to poke you out of your airdash, you can just use air super right after the broken grab to hit him out of it for a huge corner combo, right back into more purple grab "Oki". It even kinda works on Axis, and I don't even do it right yet.

It's a bit of both, for some characters, you can only follow up with Dash 6C if they are REALLY high up, on those characters you can Dash 2A > 6C for a modified bit of damage, on bigger characters or characters with longer hitboxes you can follow up with Dash 6C pretty easy though.

This man is my hero, and it takes a lot for me to say that about an Arakune player. I don't really know the Lingo on Ara's end so it makes it a little harder for me to explain things :C

The matchup has changed, but it's the same basic deal: Chase Arakune and hope to Jesus Kick that you somehow beat his j.B. Except now Noel is better at it, it's probably still Noel's worst matchup but now she actually has tools to deal with it. I can't say I know everything about it however since SKYE IS ALWAYS DODGING CASUALS.

And CA is a good tool, but I wouldn't call it the best, even if we go through your stuff, we still have to deal with an onslaught of bugs still falling from the Sky, Makoto's parry I'd place as Curse mod god tier. You can bait her CA with the D bug, and it will actually CH us out of CA, her CA has recovery, it's not instant as soon as we pass through you, hell Skye has hit me out of so many CAs I usually only use it once in a blue moon now out of fear of getting smashed by an 8k combo. But I mean, keep at it I guess, you don't have to follow my advice, I'll just keep winning then :3

I agree with Skye's post mostly, except I'd place the matchup as even at worst, and at best 6/4 in Ara's favor, sure we do a ton of damage but one mistake and we're cursed, and Noel can't handle being cursed. A bit of advice though, if you have Noel cursed just be a primer monster, she's only got four and Curse lockdown makes gobbling our primers easy, even if you can't break us by the end of curse we should have one primer left and no barrier, in which case break us just as curse ends and get in Dat FoG for recurse. I'd like to note no Arakune has don that on me, despite my advice other-wise ;w;

2D > d.5C > d.6A > d.6C usually works, from there go right into muzzle filter or Optic Barrel, not exactly max damage, but if you normally do 2D > d.5C, by that time you can usually confirm that you would need that 6A to get closer.

When Magnetized you have 3 options 1. Jump 2. Don't Jump 3. Run Up And Grab 1. Jumping will cause Noel to fly to the other side of the screen, the only thing that will really beat this is Atomic Collider, which makes Noel cry when she is in the air. 2. Not jumping will work against Atomic Collider, and is much safer than the third option, however if Tager uses 6A, you are now right where he wants you, as well as the rest of his drives and command grabs, so if you aren't jumping, be ready to block. 3. This beats Atomic Collider and his 6A, but is extremely dangerous since it straight up loses to everything else. You can also use 2B as a substitute for grab if you prefer. Above all else, fucking pray.

Fighting the computer is a terrible idea if you have live opponents, it would only teach you more bad habits, since the computer(especially on 100 difficulty) isn't gonna bother blocking, Bolt's biggest fault is that he doesn't know when to attack, and how to hit confirm when he finally does. Fighting the CPU with the difficulty that high is only gonna make that worse.

Omniswell is a real dude, you'll get to see him when the vids come up.

I reviewed a couple of matches, and it was funny when Axis said I was "Dropping staggers", I lol'd because I thought if anyone knew what I was actually doing at that point it would be him, but I guess I was wrong :C Yeah I'll upload the vids, we only missed three matches, and they were just a few squash matches anyway, the only one I was bummed that didn't get recorded was me and Jay, because I feel like I show off my non D side the most in Jin matches.

This thread says season 6, I thought you said it was season 5 Toasty, who am I supposed to believe? IRL Toasty or DL Toasty? Also what were the placings of the round robin on Friday? I need to list them in the videos since the winners wouldn't be obvious just by watching as in a real tourney set up.
