  1. I use that to indicate the move takes place after the double jump. j-jump, dj-double jump.
  2. if you hit an airborne opponent with 5C you can: 5C(Airhit) > sj.C > j.B > dj.B > dj.C > dj.236C If you landed a counterhit you may be able to follow up with 2D > Spring raid > stuff, but I'm not sure about that one. I know 2D combos if you hit an airborne opponent with a CH 5A though.

  5. I have another combo. Works on Bang, Jin and Tager. 4D(FC) > d.6C > d.2D > Rapid > 3C > 22C > 66C > [22B > 22BC > 66C]x4 > 5D > d.6B > d.5B > d.5C > j.D > d.6D > 236D > 6C > Fenrir (6916 Damage, 6877 on Tager though)
  6. 3C leads to a combo at any distance, if they are too far away to hit 6C, use this combo: 3C(Max Range) > 22BC > 66 > 5B > 5C > sj.C > j.B > dj.B > dj.C > dj.236C (should do around 3k)

  8. My characters are all adorable, Noel is obvious, Kamui has a "cute things" complex, Sakura is Sakura. I played Alisa in Tekken, who is one of the only two "cute" girls in the game. Is Schme your last name? Is Danny even your real name? it would be a strange thing to name yourself Danny if your name was Frank or something.

Well we have a pretty good combo discussion going in the super cool, super new, combo thread :3 Kamui is my vision of a perfect character, she has everything I need in a character, but whether or not I will like playing as her has yet to be seen. Heart is my second option, adorable, kind of a tomboy, fights with her fists, reminds me of Sakura from SF. Then there is Akane, cat-girl ninja in a school girl outfit who fights mainly with her legs, she's also Luna-Bait.

Danny, I need you to love Noel again :3 I know how anti-hype this game is, but I need guys like you in my entourage to help keep the Noel forums lively, hopefully CS2 will give us Noel mainers a reason to be hype. (Fingers crossed for mid-tier, if they give me top tier Noel, no one will be safe) Also, who are you wanting to play in Arcana Heart 3?

By the way MiraclePizza, I don't see Noel's 6B/3C BnB in your list, if you hit one of these moves and can't haida your opponent for whatever reason you need to be doing these combos. 3C > 22C > 66C > 5D > d.2D > 623D > 66C > j.D > d.6D > d.5C > d.6B > 236D (4296 Damage) Ending in the corner modifying the ender to: j.D > d.6D > d.6B > d.5B > d.5C > 236D > Fenrir (5316 Damage) 6B > 3C > 22C > 66C > 5D > d.2D > 623D > 66C > j.D > d.6D > d.5C > d.6B > 236D (3589 Damage) Ending in the corner modifying the ender to: j.D > d.6D > d.6B > d.5B > d.5C > 236D > Fenrir (4576 Damage)

  13. While he may have been trolling, his statement is the kind of thing people new to CS1 Noel would be thinking, so not too much harm done there. I ask you guys to try to behave yourself here though, if you want to rant about how much you hate CS1 Noel, take it to our General thread.

Corner: FC 4D > d.6C > d.2D > 623D > 6C > 5D > d.6B > d.5B > d.5C > j.D > d.6D > 236D > Fenrir > Fenrir (4.6k meterless, 5.5k one fenrir, 6.4k two fenrirs) Midscreen: CH d.5C > Empty Jump > 3C > 22C > 66C > 5D > d.2D > 623D > 66C > j.D > d.6D > d.6B > d.5C > 236D (4.2k) Corner: CH d.5C > Empty Jump > 3C > 22C > 66C > 5D > d.2D > 623D > 66C > j.D > d.6D > d.6B > d.5B > d.5C > 236D > Fenrir (4.3k meterless, 5.2k with fenrir) Bang and Tager only CH d.5C > Empty Jump > 3C > 66C > [22B > 22BC > 66C]x3 > 5D > d.6B > d.5B > d.5C > 236D > Fenrir (4.6k meterless, 5.4k with fenrir) Filling Noel with lol
  17. The last two are good, but the first one is actually a CS1 loketest video, I remember seeing that one awhile back.
  18. FunkyP is right, if you IB the first hit of Hell's Fang, you can punish it, if you don't, you are put in a little game of Rock-Paper-Scissors with Ragna. Block-Grab-Jab Alot of Ragnas like to Inferno Divider when you block HF, this will beat anything you try to do, except blocking, block if you think they will try this, and punish with a heavy combo. If a Ragna thinks you are gonna keep blocking, out of fear that you will be hit with ID, they will attempt to grab you, if they do this, you can beat them out with a quick jab, or your own grab. Some Ragna's aren't as risky, and will attempt to block after you block HF, if they do this, you can grab them. If the Ragna is "Packing Heat"(lol) beware, because they will rapid cancel and continue pressure. Your best bet overall is to block, break the grab if they try it, and be patient, wait for them to do something stupid and unsafe, then punish them for it.
  19. So you did reply lol, It didn't notify me because you posted on your own profile. Anyways, how do you like Tager? While playing Noel, do you feel like the vs. Tager match-up is easier since you play him and know all of his tricks?

  21. It doesn't, the "2147A" is a jump install, and wont work because the 5D isn't jump cancelable.

It's cool, kinda my fault for going off topic, I'll be cool with people talking about options after a combo, you don't need to include them in the main post though, we will probably save that for the CS1 guide, if you want to change the name to "Guns should be used as Melee Weapons: Noel Vermillion CS1 Combos" that would probably be for the best.
  24. I tend to forget j.4D exists, I can't wait until it's useful, I can't stand letting a move go to waste. Though J.4D has to be the way to nail Tager after jumping over 720, I just forget she has it :P.
  25. Another possible reset, if you don't want the shame of the blue beat that a purple throw gives you: Bloom Trigger > 6C > j.A > Opponent Techs > Air Grab/dj. Air Grab. if you double jump to air grab it will catch opponents who air tech forward or backward, if you don't double jump to grab it will catch opponents who Neutral tech or don't tech at all, though if they don't tech it will still be a purple grab.
