Vyers replied to Zoob's topic in East Coast
Ah.We stopped for Chinese and ending up arriving a;bout a half hour late, and then I wasn't sure we were at the right place. I guess if we try to make it out to another show I'll pm you for a description of the venue. Chaos Code is mad fun. -

Cool I figured as much. I'm certainly interested in checking it out in the future since they'll be running tournaments possibly of games I'm interested in. EDIT: I'll be on my way to Danny's concert soon. -

Alright, as for now I plan to head over for 1:00. So I contacted the New Challengers people on Facebook. They said they are interested in running other games. I'd like to check that out in the future, but unless everyone going to X-9 would like to switch to Stratford (which I assume unlikely considering this is tomorrow) I'll wait for their next weekend event. EDIT: blueNINE posted their flyer on FB so he might be going to New Challengers. -

Maybe if they were running Guilty. The only game on the flyer I'm interested in is KOF13 and I still havn't learned it. What are the odds of them letting us run our own games? -

I read the first couple chapters, but I wasn't really feeling it. Are you still up for the concert tomorrow? I'd probably pick you up around 3:30. -

Cool http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?15477-Winter-Brawl-7-The-Madness-Philadelphia-pa-Feb-23rd-and-24th-%28-1000-pot-for-P4A-FREE-entry-fee%29 February 23rd/24th (Saturday/Sunday) If go I can drive. As far as a room . . . Cool! Do either of you have a room? I hear the venue hotel lists rooms for about $252 for two nights. My D&D group was going to meet that Sunday; if I can shift it to another day I'll be able to come to Winter Brawl. If I, go I plan on driving to Philly Friday afternoon, and returning sometime on Sunday. EDIT: pregregistration is $30 and must be done by Saturday the 16th. At the door registration is $40. Most singles tournament entry fees are $10 -

Dangnabit I jumped the gun Cool. The show is Friday night at 7pm. Looks like a free venue. bout a 2 +1/2 hour drive one way It does look like a Zoob story. So blueNINE asked if I was going to Winterbrawl. As of now I'm thinking maybe. Is anyone else thinking about going? -

My Friday afternoon classes were canceled; while waiting for my 8 am discussion, several kids were poking jokes at the weather cause the storm hadn't started in earnest yet. Didn't lose power this time due to all the heavy branches and junk falling down last year. The streets were clear by Saturday night, but nothing was canceled Monday when the new precipitation turned the roads into icy slush. Went to Boston on Sunday, streets were ridiculous. Police were parked in on the street literally blocking whole lanes while they sat around drinking coffee; sidewalks weren't plowed so pedestrians were stumbling through the roads most of which had 2 inches or more of snow unplowed; some boston drivers were tailgating me in that snow; got stuck in Max's parking drive and had to dig myself out with my trusty backseat shovel. Would anyone be interested in traveling with me to see Danny Schme's show this Friday? -

Wait for the topmost block to pop out then tear. Repeat at the second section. Sometimes I take a couple hits but I pull through consistently using this strat. Didn't know enemies can through knives offscreen, that's a rough way to go. Have you ever played the arcade version? I never had, so I'm going try setting up MAME to play it. also, have you ever played Abobo's Big Adventure? http://abobosbigadventure.com/ So not looking forward to shoveling:mad: -

Thank you. Yes it is indeed the same place for now. Yesterday water seeped into a puddle in my basement room. It receded last night, but this morning it came back and covered more than half the floor, so I might not be staying there much longer:vbang: I'll keep you posted. -

Happy Birthday Tales! Good luck at the St1ckBuG tourny if you can make it. I managed to get my classes and stuff straightened out (meaning I'll be able to graduate this spring). I'll definitely be free to hang out with people next weekend possibly a little during the week as well. -
