I do not think I can comment on Mitsuru and Chie much. We're only seeing them at face value, and it's not like we have the opportunity to actually play and experiment. Chie 5B FC was bound to go anyway, and I'm quite unsure of why they would buff the counter but hopefully we'll find out soon enough. Mitsuru's 2D buff is good, and I think it's deserved tbh. I figured it was somewhat situational to get 2D to combo because of the angle, but that should definately be happening less often now. The changes do seem like a change in the right direction, well, most of them anyway. I cannot comment for Akihiko since I do not know him that well but the JC nerf seems pretty hard. I think they're lucky though, because Mitsuru/Chie could've actually been hit much worse. I must say I am quite pleased with the change to Elizabeth because that's all I wanted. Now C/D versions of Agidyne are viable, making all of her moves useful in some way. I cannot complain, and I didn't expect her to get any nerfs (or hard nerfs if she did). Looking forward to seeing those new gameplay matches. Also Chaz you're so salty. Look man, you have Yosuke, and secondly, CSX Tsubaki. You've gotta endure it. Dakanya I feel you've done more than enough anyway haha so thanks!

Ah, I could be wrong on this. I just discoevered that Elizabeth's throws are untechable when the opponent has fear infliction. So basically Liz can get free throws (and damage) after a combo. No wonder I saw Shadow using 5B > throw quite a bit.

It should be noted that 214214D has no invincibility whatsoever. There are times where she will activate it and you will still hit her out of it if it's meaty! I say the same thing tbh but it goes in one ear and comes out the other apparently. He likes getting beaten up.

That could very much be the case. Actually that might be true y'know. I'll guess we'll have to just wait them for any further information they may have once they tinker with her a lil more. Asterios is free to do w/e he wants, so S.Labrys is gonna have to apply to heavy rushdown in order to prevent getting into a persona break state. I do not believe she can afford to be on the defensive often.

He can guard which is all good and all, but that guard seems like it'll only be able to sustain a certain number of hits. Which is why characters like Elizabeth may be problematic for S.Labrys.

It's instant blocking, and is done by blocking an attack just as it hits. All characters can do this, and it helps them to recover faster.

I see nothing there that specifies any horizontal order, so I'm not particularly sure. Could be, could be not, and actually if you want the very specific order just in case, it's actually Yukiko - Elizabeth - Labrys. So in case it is in horizontal order, Labrys is 'the worst'. Might not? Of course it's subject to change when the game comes out. First off Shadow Labrys is not even on the list and secondly the game has only been out for a month! The point of this thread is simply discuss the list SO FAR.

It begins.... Shadow Labrys came AFTER this tier list was made so it's quite obvious she's not going to be included within this tier list. There is no way of telling. Chie info here. Well if that was the case, it's changed now. I don't know. There are no explanations as to why the characters are where they are. Look at Yosuke from all angles, mixup, damage, pressure, mobility, how he can handle himself against MUs, etc.

Tbh, frame data can be expected not to come out for a very long time, unless as Tong said, someone figures them out through raw frame counting. I figure it's a little too early for that anyway, since it's basically been out for a month.
