Update on Regulations: Category A: 32 team tournament Category B: 8 team tournament I guess there will be no foreigner teams for Category B games Also, Arcadia has announced they MIGHT add more games into Category B, so there might be more games to be added and will be announced around April (I suppose KOF13 might be there)
