  1. If I remember correctly (and if I am wrong, I'm sure Omnix can correct me), poison added 1,200 damage throughout its entire duration. I too believed that negative penalty would be applied midcombo (similar to comboing off of Shuffle Time), but it's nice to know that combo routes off of Randomizer exist. I knew it had to be possible. I'm surprised that the combos are using 214A instead of 214AB or 5B though. What pleases me most is the fact that the midscreen/meterless Randomizer combo route does about 3k, and it inflicts fear + negative penalty. That's amazing. I didn't think that fear was fearsome (lol) in P4U, but I'm now convinced of the contrary in regards to P4U2. I'm really excited! The 2D combo routes are super nice; it seems like Elizabeth is back to doing explosive amounts of damage (7K off of 5A!!!). As an aside, I should be updating the combo doc today w/ Luminos' info + these new combos.
  2. See: bolded I never really realized to what extent 5D got changed, but now it kinda dawned on me. If this was vanilla P4U, this would've worked . The color 2 Elizabeth in the new A-Cho videos did something interesting; he tried to burst bait with Randomizer. I wonder if it's worth it to do this rather than block the burst, and then punish with 5B/Garu/etc (granted that the Liz player was facing the corner).

  4. I think Shadow Labrys can play a better neutral game than Elizabeth can. I think 8C/2C give Elizabeth a bit of a hard time since she kinda loses important tools. Namely 2C removes some of the effectiveness from jB whereas 8C discourages Liz from throwing out zoning tools (most notably maragi). Everything else about this MU is prmanageable. Shadow Labrys doesn't have much health, and you really only need to 5B her two or three times to kill her.
  5. Many thanks. I'll look over my list and see if I need to make any corrections/add in the values I'm missing. In regards to the part of this post about MUs that give Elizabeth trouble, I would mostly agree. With the exception of Shadow Labrys & those you listed, I can agree that the rest are 5.5/4.5 (under the supposition that 5.5/4.5 means that the match can go in either character's favor, given x/y circumstance). If we're to take seriously the opinions of the Elizabeth players polled for the P4U Arcadia tier list, this (5.5/4.5 MUs) would be reflected as well. I would not say that the players here are "bad" (and I think calling them so is verbose to some extent, but that's a different argument), but it's just that everyone is rather "average". Thusly, they behave in the way that they do. If you face a problem enough times, you can generally come to a logical solution regarding it. In other words, there's only so much complaining that someone can do before they finally resolve to fix a problem (if it's even possible to fix). At least I think that's how it works .
  6. Okay, I cleaned this up a bit and decided to separate combos by awakening/non-awakening mode.   7. These organized lobbies are pretty cool. They definitely help out when quick match can otherwise be a barren wasteland.

  11. You can use similar hand positioning in BB/P4U considering that BB's ABC is in the same position as P4U's BAC. The only difference is that your thumb is tapping A in BB, and B in P4U. I suppose if you play both games enough, it's not really a problem though. The position of D in P4U kinda reminds me of the position of GG's D button, too.

  13. I don't think there's such a thing as starting too late. You simply don't have all of the answers yet. Just play the game more & ask for help where you need it. Things like knowing when to counterattack/poke out/etc come with the experience of playing the game; the same can be said with landing combos during matches. Not to sound like a broken record or anything, but just play the game and ask for help, and you'll be fine.

  15. I can't draw comparisons to Arcana because I don't play that game, but I do play Persona! Basically, it's a "true" unblockable because of how spinstate works. In the recovery from spinstate, you're forced into a standing position & you can't do anything but block/burst. This is primarily why this unblockable works - because there is no way to avoid it save by using a burst.

  21. I would suggest trying to get the super cancel into Dia during the first flame of maragi. You can kinda mash Dia/2AB to get them to connect (I just did the challenge to make sure!). I would only use Mind Charge in combos if I don't have Thanatos, or if I'm going into awakening for Dia/Wail. For example, you can do 5AA > 5B > 2AB > mind charge > 2A > 5B > 2AB > mind charge > 5B > 2AB > mind charge > 2B > jA > jc jB for practically full Persona cards. There're better/easier Dia combos to learn. Like off the top of my head, 2C FC fullscreen > 214CD > 214214A > 5A > 5B > 5C > 2C > 214B > jC. Bace also has a variant of this combo if you wanna go for Dia x2.

  23. Well, this is already restricted to NA which is good. If you had enough participants to make it work, I'd prefer if they were separated by region too.
