loｌ, well ive seen some Arcana ones in UFO catchers but I have never come accross a GG or BB one. I would have bought it if I did. It would be cool to have but I wouldnt go so far out of my way to make a whole day of it to try and get one. If someone knew like a specific location that had it for sure that wasnt far out of my way I would get them but... Anyway, its back to Tokyo this weekend. Im at work (its Friday morning) and ill be heading out as usual after work. Expect a blog update after the weekend.

I think people deserve some proper shoutouts so Geronimo: Thanks for helping with running registration and thanks a hell of a lot for stepping up to run SFIV after no one else wanted to do it. You even ran Marvel too. I really appreciate your effort espessially since you didnt even enter anything. Good seeing you again man. Heartnana: Thanks for getting there really early to help run registration. Also you ran really smooth BB tournys and your bracket poster was slick shit. Congrats on taking all BB and winning Melty singles. Ill probly see you again maybe around spring break if we all come visit Kansai. Ill probly see you again before you head back but if not we will hit up Tokyo the first weekend after I get back if you are down. Syxx: thanks for running HDR. turnout for it was low as you predicted but thanks MrMan: thanks for running the 3S tournament and making yourself avaliable for matches pretty quickly despite being busy running 3S on one tv. Keits: thanks for all the help with random game and random SFIV tournaments. no epic last TvC tournament but thats ok, we had plenty going on anyway. see you next time! I actually would have liked to play you in IV but I know youd beat me down, but it would be nice for the experience. FL, WA, MA, OH, KY, TN, MO, IN, MI, IA, etc) it was cool to see everyone again. I will be running this event again next year! I hope everyone comes again! After tournament Dennys was awsome, and we got some good hotel room casuals in. Thanks for the beers guys! ALso thanks to Jesse for having an awsome van staff was really helpfull this year aside from having that christian group in the other room but good thing they left at 2 and then we got even more space plus a drink bar also only power outage didnt interupt any tournament matches so thats fortunate as well I hope everyone had a good time. check the results thread for results. ok i will probably be around later for some casuals at the wingate. everyone who wants to play should just meet up in starks room. i wont be there till later but when I arrive I will bring a setup or 2 depending on the situation. for now you guys can play on the setup that stark has up there. Travis, im glad its working out ok so far. just go to the wingate. I dont know of any other casuals going on. STL and NE are coming later tonight at like midnight so they probably wont be playing tonight i will be at the venue at 10 am tomorrow to start setting up. during this time, we can certainly get casuals and money matches going. remember that tournaments start at 12 noon Also, I will be running teams for all games first and then singles after those finish ZeroX, its not too late. Main registration will happen tomorrow morning so just show up before noon

If its BB only I guess I dont really care that I missed it.... according to that poster it looks like BB only I cant read the rest of the site cuz the computer I am using at the moment doesnt have Japanese text support so its just a bunch of gibberish

I hope no one else got screwed over but theres no way we could have ran things at the other venue after I got a look at it for the first time I knew we needed to go back to the old one. Due to various reasons, it is in everyones interest to have the event here once again. I hope this change of location will not be too inconvenient to anyone. I just went and visited Modchipmans place personally for the first time and there just arnt enough tables and chairs and I have no good way of getting them. Its a nice venue but for this event I dont think it will work out well. Last years location worked out perfectly so I was able to book it again. Unfortunately this year the hotel is charging me more to rent out the room, but since we will have more players this year, the venue fees should still be able to cover the cost. If it doesnt, the difference will simply come out of my pocket. If you booked a room at the old hotel, simply cancel your reservation and book at the Windgate, they have tons of rooms open. And now, im sorry to have made everyone wait so long but here is the official schedule. I will be going in at 10 am to set things up. If you are bringing a TV and systems I really need you to try to come as early as you can so we can get them set up quickly. Registration will begin at 10:30 GG, SFIV, BB, and Melty Blood singles will begin at 12:00 noon! Dont be late! MvC2 will start at 2:00 3S and Melty teams will start as soon as Melty singles are over HDR and BB teams will start after BB singles are over SFIV teams 3 vs 3 will start after SFIV singles followed by the special random team tournament. If you show up late I will still allow you to register but if the tournament has already started and I cant fit you in the brackets you are going straight to losers. Be on time! I understand people are coming from far away but a 12 noon start time isnt unreasonable if you all want everything to finish on time. Do your best to get up early. I need to talk with the guy who owns the venue in person and its difficult to do from here in Japan. Once I get that ironed out I will post a schedule ASAP. Sorry for the wait.

Also, Melty singles are 10 dollars, and Melty teams has been added (2 vs 2, 5 dollars per player) We will also have a Tatsunoko vs Capcom side tournament. $5 entry. This will probably be the LAST regular vanilla TvC tournament ever in the history of the universe! Get hype! Run by ElvenShadow's little brother. Tronzilla, cool glad you can make it maybe. I will post specific directions from the airport to the venue soon. Its not very far. Ill try to arrange for some way people can get picked up from the airport for those of you who are flying.
