i was fighting some Arakune in a mirror match online and they used this air throw combo on me air throw -> 5D -> A bug j.2A (time this so you cross up on the other side of them) -> j.2B (B bug comes out and hits as well) -> j.2C for reference it does 3707 on Noel. The C bug loop combo posted earlier does more damage but it seems like setting it up sometimes misses while this seems more consistant if you get the timing down. Just another option. If it was already posted then oh well EDIT: I just tried it on Litchi and I cant get it to work meaning it might not work on other characters too. So far it only worked on Arakune and Noel. Maybe its not that great afterall. Oh well

well i just got released from the hospital... that place sucked so bad the doctor says I cant return to work until after I come back from the US so it looks like I will be playing lots of online BB since all I can do for the next week and a half is sit at home. if anyone wants to play me my gamertag on PSN is Elven_Shadow. they said they will do another blood test on monday and if i seem like i am healing I can go home. I should be healthy enough to go to EVO by then and go back to CHicago after that but I dont know how long i have to wait until its safe to start drinking and smoking again so I dunno how much partying I can do but at least I can press buttons on a stick they arnt giving me any anti inflamatories, im just toughing it out mostly matt you could have slept in the other room if you didnt believe my mukade story dumbass haha thanks for the support everyone, hopefully ill be back to my usual drinking machine self soon

yo they are letting me use the computer here at the hospital so I could contact my parents and i took a min to drop in here. im still sick with Mono, It all started over last weekend which is why I never updated my blog, I had a fever since saturday early morning and have been sick since and STILL played in the qual on Sunday sick as a dog lol it looks like I wont dye but mono sure does suck balls I must say. staying at a Japanese hospital has been one of the most depressing experiences ever. they dont use pain killers here at all. the inside of my mouth feels like it was scrapped raw and coated with salt and the old men in my room snore like beasts all night and make funny old man noises and I cant sleep well anyway ill live hopefully ill be outa this joint soon thanks for posting Rod

Using Japanese forums and stuff would be a good idea to find a team mate but I honestly dont really even know any good Japanese Guilty Gear forums. Someone linked me to a Japanese GG BBS before but it just seemed really unorganized and all the posts were really old and stuff. Anyone know a good Japanese GG web community where I could post to find another team mate? Im still waiting to hear from a bunch of people I mailed on my phone but it wouldnt hurt to have a backup plan

Man.. so I was gonna team with Kunihiro this weekend but we need one more person. Turns out Eve and Shiratori want to team with me but then I cant team with Kunihiro. Doesnt look like I can find another person to join me and Kunihiro since Eve and Shiratori come as a pair, plus Eve and Shiratori have been my non Tokyo tournament team mates forever so it makes sense to team with them. I just feel bad cuz I dont wanna just ditch Kunhiro. I guess im just gonna have to figure out the best possible way to tell him politely cuz if we dont win this weekend I will want to team with Kunhiro again later... hmmm...

At 280 yen a can but at 7% ABV, its totally worth it compared to how expensive most beer in Japan is anyway and how fuckin tasty and strong it is. Im gonna stock up a whole backpack full next time im near there. The new Yebisu was pretty lame unfortunately. Nothing can beat The Hop!

Actually that was a different block, there were 2 blocks (Yamanishi and Yamagata) going on that weekend, the winner of the tournament I went to still has yet to be reported.

Well, I honestly dont see him play very often because he lives in Kansai but when I saw him when he came for that qual he just seemed to play so much more efficient than most Fausts. Its like, he doesnt do anything super crazy I guess, but he just sometimes does pressure strings I wouldnt expect or just always seems to know the most efficient possible way to handle almost any situation. Like just small nuances where the smallest little frame could change a whole situation, he knows exactly one little thing to do to turn it all around. I know it sounds vague and I cant really give a bunch of insight on it, I only saw him play just a little bit. On another note, Kishya is indeed very very good. For some reason I tend to do very well against him in mirror matches but that doesnt mean anything. Hes just really smart but his style is way different than RF. I would say Kishya plays more risky than RF.
