Yeah, but I mean a strong incarnation. I've never heard anyone say, "Oh crap! He picked Tsubaki I ****ing hate this matchup. It isn't even fair." Ragna, Valk, Hazama etc. get this treatment, but not Tsubaki. You're more likely to hear, "Lol he picked Tsubaki...This guy had better be good or it's ass-whoopin time."

Oh I mean gameplay wise. I like her as a character, love her new form, and like that she has more focus in the story; but as far as gameplay goes she is still in the doldrums. Story aside, I want her to be a strong character that is used and appreciated by a lot of people. She has never had an S-A tier incarnation where lots of people pick her up, like most of the other characters have. In this respect she is in the same boat as the newbies and Tager.

Tsubaki for God Tier in CP2 Kinda sad: As a character, she deserves some time in the spotlight.

What exactly do you mean by braindead? I haven't really looked at Tsu in CP yet.

Everybody wants this already. Ark just doesn't want to make one because we won't have any money left over to feed our children. Most of those games either suck or are party games like Jump Super Stars. I was thinking more along the lines of a more traditional 2d fighter made by a company that already knows how to make a solid, non-clunky fighting game. Granted I don't know of every game that exists, so if there is one out there like this that isn't MUGEN, please tell me so that I can go play it. The point of the thread is not to limit to just one pool of characters or be realistic at all. Jump just happens to publish a lot of the most popular characters, and if you make the game only about Jump then huge names would be missing. If it was just WSJ vs Ark there would be no room for characters like Edward/Alphonse Elric or Vash The Stampede. But the thread was meant to be more about who you, personally, would want to see put in a game like this. Everyone has their own list of favorites.

I came up with some pretty obvious ones: Goku (with power limiters) Naruto/Sasuke Ichigo Luffy (okay so I did think about One Piece) Edit: Though I personally would want Adam Blade from Needless - with a command grab that lets him steal his opponent's signature move and use it against them.

Dude, that happens to everyone. I either did not properly confirm or outrught dropped a kill combo on LeBarbu three times. I lost all three of those matches too. The weird thing about choking (for me at least) is that it is more likely to happen when I know my opponent is skilled. There is a kind of nervousness that accompanys matches against superior opponents that makes them EVEN HARDER to beat because you drop random stuff or fudge up blockstrings that you normally wouldn't. *Sigh* can't tell you how many times I have used 6Cs to end blockstrings due to nervousness.
