Alright. Correct me if I am wrong Houdini but... I think what you were trying to say is this: Do the characters you like to use change if you are playing on unlimited mode? For example, my main is Makoto. She is the only character I use during normal fights...However, Unlimited Makoto is a different story. She plays completely different from regular Makoto, having different combos and specials altogether, and I have no experience using her. So, when playing in an Unlimited lobby Makoto is NOT the main character I would use. I would either go for Tsubaki, Ragna, or Platinum, characters that I have used in the past that don't change much during their unlimited forms. Another example is Arakune. Not a ton of people use him in regular matches, but Unlim. Arakune is a whole different bag of bugs. He is fast as hell, and any curse hit leads to spamming bugs all over the whole damn screen. In this scenario, someone might sub Kune in Unlimited mode even though they don't ever touch him in standard matches (because Unlimited Arakune is OP). What do you think Houdini?

For the most part rushing in is a good idea...It's just that Tager and Hakumen have good counter-pokes and invulnerable counters that reward them greatly (unless they free).

Hey guys! I've been into BB for almost two years, and I joined D Loop a couple of months ago. I'm planning on going to Game Galaxy next Tuesday if you are still doing that. Wow...this sounds exactly like my group of friends. once I get better than them at a game they stop playing and never want to play it again. Which 2A input are you talking about? And yes, Chao is right you have to actually time AV into Lunatic Upper or it will usually drop, especially in netplay. You should figure this out before you drop your BnB on a Tager with 50 heat...that hurts.

Dustloop is really my first venture into the online/anime/FG community, so until now I hadn't known of a place where people openly appreciate hawt anime girlz. Everyone else seems to think its weird to have boners for females. Shoutouts to hot avatars: not_lunaris, legacy edge, camalange, HiagoX, and Setsuna (Oriemo, yeah!)

Be careful with Makoto...If you like the character then she is a perfect choice, but her combos are surprisingly tough, especially when you are playing online. You will also be getting spaced out by the entire cast because her stubby little arms (although they are sexy) will have a difficult time reaching your opponents. I would argue that Makoto is a demanding character to win with because you are basically start every match under the control of your opponent and she doesn't really excel in any facet of the game. Edit: That being said...I am always glad to have more Makotos, and if you have any questions feel free to ask me. I'll try my best.

I'm just curious about what effects (positive, negative, or neutral ) that playing fighting games has had on your lives. The reason I ask this is because I realized something the other day. I've always had terrible memory and have not been able to remember things like people's phone numbers, directions, lists, etc...ever. After playing BB for about a year now, however, this has completely changed. I am now able to remember surprisingly long sequences of letters, numbers or words, and I think that it is because of having to memorize combos to play BB. (Either that or I'm just becoming a superhuman). I'm just wondering if you guys have observed anything like this with yourselves and fightan gaemz. I wanna hear all of your thoughts on this, even if they are random. ...Umm like I even noticed that I've started using the word neutral a lot more since I started playing...(see there that's random)
