  1. There seems to have been a major XBL update today. fingers crossed for fixes and releases/dates/both.

  3. I still have problems with volante 9_9' tho it is kinda easier to volante tager. can get it semi-often. i drop it on everyone else almost 100% =x sorry this kinda goes in another thread i guess XD
  4. yeah the ground is a more comfy place to be. I'd say too that you have more options to be creative with on the ground but if you can do the air stuff it is much more definite damage, alas. You can't predict your way out of a k juggle like you can 2 3k resets.
  5. the more complex suff is a bit brain shaking but off a 4D starter it's pretty easy to get 3k-ish off just doing a rep or few of 2D loop into allegretto 8]D[ and generally you get 2-3k off of 1 ground loop (character Dependant lol) so even if you aren't doing the fanciest of stuff a 4D reset into a 2D loops is like 5k total damage (more if you have meter) + KD so it's nothing to be scoffed at. except by the super pros who don't fall for resets apparently lol. They may scoff all they like.

  10. The Fuoco Buff is kinda hilarious. The input change i don't quite understand. But fuoco + vivace crossing over becomes a slightly more usefull tool if she doesn't stopi guess. i still want the SA on anima back too. Anima needs buffs. I really don't like the j.2C thing. it worries me. I really like being able to ground combo 6D -> j.2c j.b.jc 5/2b -> mix ups. If that doesn't work anymore i'll be heart broken. It's kind of my go-to.

Maybe not a burst-bait directly into fermata, but if you bait the burst and do a quick combo ending in 6C -> Fermata, that might be a valid set up. if they break the stun and Block it's a guard crushed, break stun and jump it's an air unblockable, don't break the stun and eat fermata anyways, probably into Blue-beat air-juggles.

Eastern New Hampshire honestly might not actually be close to me by driving. getting to the main state line is actually about an hour of the 1:30 trip to Boston so either way it's a haul, and depending on which part of easter New Hampshire, it might be just the same drive lol. but i'm open to this too.

  19. Carl's 3C is techable...? as in.. no more 3C IAD j.2C alle~can combos? if this is the case that makes me unhappy.
  20. I always screw up alle~can -> ]d[anythings. it's part of why i suck at using volante and 4]d[ in juggles lol.
  21. i'm sure, but there are times when you might want to throw it out for a green throw attempt mid-pressure and a random J.a might become just as bad of a tell, and any other move has too much hit stun.
  22. So what's everyone's favorite Airthrow follow up? I've been playing around with a few of them and so far the only good ones are super tricky to time properly, requiring the opponent to be so close the the ground before the pick up that it's very easy to either blue-beat it or drop from a neutral tech. Still tho, kinda fond of j.B+C 22]D[ 5C2]D[ j.B 2D(hits) vivace B -> juggles. anyone else have a preference they find more rewarding or easier to do?
  23. the other thing they could have done to make anima more useful was just remove the battle call completely or make it a generic "ne-san..~!" lol.

  25. Loss of the 2 Hit clap would make Fermatta fairly un-useful again :S Also, i like "Gadget-go-round" better than Twirl lol.
